My claim no.[protected] against policy 10039830 has been approved towards Medical Expenses of ASHUTOSH MEWADA. Policy No. 10039830, Proposer Name ASHUTOSH MEWADA, Claimed Amount 310881.00, Bill Amount 310880.00, Amount to be Paid INR 310880.00.

Insurer assured successful transfer of amount in to my bank account as full and final settlement of the claim vide its letter dated 12.10.2023.

Insurer assured successful transfer of amount in to my bank account as full and final settlement of the claim vide its letter dated 12.10.2023.

Also, I had renewed my Policy on 25.09.2023 by paying premium of 24538.00 and fresh policy was issued but after somedays, I received message from insurer stating that Your policy is under suspension status due to non-disclosure. I had lodged my claim in August 2023 and policy was renewed on 25th September 2023 and in this manner, the insurer had information about lodgment of claim yet they have suspended my policy arbitrarily and illegally.
