Care health insurance is due in December 2024, their team of customer support people have been calling non-stop even though I am busy in meetings with clients. When I pick their calls and ask why they have been so many times, their answers were intolerable. They yes
1) Its our duty to call you till you pick
2) If your busy as well, why cant you pick and say will Renew
3) You are not the only person paying for us
When I know how to buy a policy, I know how to renew. When do these companies learn that sending a mail or sms will do the job atleast when their customers have common sense and are educated unlike their call center team who has very little common sense not to call multiple times when I am disconnecting the calls.
