Care Health Insurance Limited Complaints & Reviews

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Care Health Insurance Limited regarding the unjust denial Claim and Policy Cancellarion due to Clerical Error Despite Hospital Clarification.

The Insurer has rejected the claim citing "fraudulent claim due to non-disclosure of pre-existing epilepsy".

1) There was no history of epilepsy at the time of policy purchase.

Care health insurance is due in December 2024, their team of customer support people have been calling non-stop even though I am busy in meetings with clients. When I pick their calls and ask why they have been so many times, their answers were intolerable. They yes
1) Its our duty to call you till you pick
2) If your busy as well, why cant you pick and say will Renew
3) You are not the only person paying for us

When I know how to buy a policy, I know how to renew. When do these companies learn that sending a mail or sms will do the job atleast when their customers have common sense and are educated unlike their call center team who has very little common sense not to call multiple times when I am disconnecting the calls.

My claim no.[protected] against policy 10039830 has been approved towards Medical Expenses of ASHUTOSH MEWADA. Policy No. 10039830, Proposer Name ASHUTOSH MEWADA, Claimed Amount 310881.00, Bill Amount 310880.00, Amount to be Paid INR 310880.00.

Insurer assured successful transfer of amount in to my bank account as full and final settlement of the claim vide its letter dated 12.10.2023.

Also, my claim no.[protected] against policy 10039830 has been approved towards Medical Expenses of ASHUTOSH MEWADA. Policy No. 10039830, Proposer Name ASHUTOSH MEWADA, Claimed Amount 7066.00, Bill Amount 7066.00, Amount to be Paid INR 7066.00.

Insurer assured successful transfer of amount in to my bank account as full and final settlement of the claim vide its letter dated 12.10.2023.

Also, I had renewed my Policy on 25.09.2023 by paying premium of 24538.00 and fresh policy was issued but after somedays, I received message from insurer stating that Your policy is under suspension status due to non-disclosure. Please respond within 15 days post receiving this message to resolve the same. Team Care Health

I had lodged my claim in August 2023 and policy was renewed on 25th September 2023 and in this manner, the insurer had information about lodgment of claim yet they have suspended my policy arbitrarily and illegally.
