Resolution request- Refund of Premium on cancelled proposal
Description.
My father Yash Pal Nayyar, a senior citizen, was approached for portability by Care sales representative Mr. Pankaj Sharma from Ghaziabad. He persuaded my father to initiate the process by sharing a link and pressured him to pay the premium upfront, falsely claiming that if the process was not completed within a specified time frame of one hour, the proposal would not be cancelled, and the existing policy with the other company would remain in effect. After paying the premium of approximately 65, K, he subsequently called my father and instructed him to suppress medical information related to heart surgery, which we refused, leading to the cancellation of the proposal. The refund claim was initiated on August 27th, and as of today, October 15th, it has yet to be credited back. To my surprise, I shared my email with company representative including w Mr. Anuj Gulati who is CEO of the company and other senior officials as well but yet to receive any response from the company. The nodal officers do pick their phone and their call centre response is equally pathetic.
My sincere advice to all-- Do not fall for cheap premium gigs . Any one who has Mediclaim will have calls from representative of CARE company offering portability with completive premium and policy features compassion.
