I am Pankaj Singh son of Satyanarayan Singh writing to lodge a formal complaint against CARE Health Insurance regarding the repeated denial of my genuine health insurance claims, despite submitting all required documents and undergoing multiple hospitalizations for serious medical conditions.
My policy number is 72858670, and the most recent claim number is 81851192. Over the past 8 months, he's been admitted to the hospital three times due to heart blockage, kidney complications, and now a severe issue involving malabsorption (fat and blood in stool). In all cases, the attending doctors raised medical concerns and submitted all necessary documents for claim processing.
However, CARE Health Insurance has continuously denied or delayed my claims without valid justification, causing me immense financial and emotional stress. Even during my previous hospitalization related to kidney issues, my claim no. 81637539 was rejected despite eligibility.
Despite paying all premiums in full for the past three years, the insurer has failed to fulfill its obligations. I chose CARE Health Insurance in good faith, expecting dependable service during medical emergencies — a promise which has not been honored.
