Career Flexx — career flexx regarding refunding money.

My hr reference id is hrdref001/002/0018/1 (Given by career flex)

I have received a call from career flex through shine.com
On 19th november 2018 i have done the registration for jobs opening and paid registration fees of rs 2988/-
And after that i have paid 2000/- for documentation process fees as they asked me to paid and told that it will get refund after 7days.

Please stop this and don't play with poor guys who hardly earn the money.

This company is based at delhi or some where but this has to stop please take some serious action.

Please take a serious action against them.
I have a recording what (Career flex hr) has said to me but in this i m not able to attached the audio.

Please help me to get money refund.
