Career Prakashan — I made a payment for one year subscription of renu magazine

I have purchased annual subscription of Renu magzine in the month of januvery 2021, due to lockdown i was unable to receive the magazine, in the month of june i called the phone number given in the receipt, he said by next month i start to recive.
But till today when ever i call, he won't pick the call. and when i google through the publication many people did payment like and did not recived their magzine copy.

Please look into the matter, and try to avoid giving payment gateway to such fraud
