Carnation — Bad Car Services

I want to draw your attention towards the quality of the service of my car from carnation. I gave my car for periodic service to carnation Sector-5, Noida. I own a Spark that has only completed 19400 kilometers and running very smooth on petrol as well as on CNG. Though I heard about the bad reviews about the carnation but still I had a faith on them So, I thought that Carnation would be a better place to visit since my car required the periodic service only. Background: - A person comes from carnation to pick my car and I told him that my car needs the periodic service only that is done after 6 months. I also told him about the problems that I was facing with the fuel meter. He assured me that all the problems will be fixed. He suggests me to take the packages for 3999 which was actually for Rs. 2999 one month back. 1). Carnation did the services and take the full payment from me then I got the key and start my car on CNG. I surprised to see that car was doing well before service and I was expecting good performance after the service but I realize that car is not running on CNG and pathetic noise from the engine. When I asked them to check they denied immediately and said that we are not responsible for CNG which was not told me before. They suggest me the local car service center for the CNG. I went to them for tuning the engine, they replied and spark plus was not cleaned and some other issues, I come to carnation and requesting to Mr.Jazeer to come with me, we both went them but still I am not able to run by car on CNG. 2). I asked them about the noise from the engine then they said that the through tal body was damage and you need to replace it which is worth rs.12000. I want to know that how come it will be damage. 3). the polish was done very casually ONLY on half of the dashboard. The other half was as dirty as it was when I took the car to the hub. Why so casual attitude? Please take this issue on very serious note. Either repair my car or refund the money since you had charged 5000\ which is not a small amount for me especially for the quality of service that you have provide.
