I totally agree with the above statement. Even I had given my Fiat Palio for general service to Carnation Dahisar - Mumbai on 27/01/2011 with a package of Rs. 1395/- Including various services. Over telephone they told me the rate would be Rs. 1395/- but they charged me Rs. 1460/-. The reason was they are charging diff. categories taxes. Ok next complaint was they promised me that they are going to check each & every part of my car related to electric services but they fail to do so. They even had not shampooed my car properly as it was included in the package. In the evening when the carnation driver dropped my car, I was quiet annoyed & when i started my car then suddenly it got stopped. the driver told me that the battery had not charged properly which the service was there in the package. Later on i spend Rs. 150/- more to the local mechanic to charge my battery. Next week the feedback personnel had called me up to take the feedback but I bursted out so she promised me that Outlet manager will call you up & he will sought out the issues. But still no one had called me up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I would request all my collegues not to give your car to CARNATION for service. Later I had asked the advisor to tell me the cost of a body cover. so he told me Rs. 800/- where you will get the same quality car cover at Rs. 450/- in local market. Carnation only gives big big raags but they do nothing. Even i am planning to escalate this matter to the consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
