Lot of negatives here:
1) misinformed: i was told that my car will be serviced in kothrud and to my surprise found at amit auto service model colony where my friend and i had a bad history related to services.
2) spare parts: as i gave car to "trusted" "carok" third party, i had an impression at least i won't have to care about the genuineness and rates of the spare parts. But after receiving quotes found that the spare parts rates were almost double compared to six months. On inquiring with carok coordinator, he mentioned the gst three times within the same call. Double? I called up maruti services to know the rates of the spares and came to know the rates were almost same compared to last year. On speaking to the coordinator again, he mentioned it was just a "rough" quote or "estimated rates". If i would not have confirmed with maruti regarding the rates, i would have been fooled easily. I feel like cheated.
