Carok — highly unsatisfactory service with carok | |||||
I would like bring your attention to an highly unsatisfactory and disappointing experience i am having with carok... On 2nd of sept i booked an appointment with carok. I told about the problems i was facing... It was related to the gear... The customer service person told me the on 3rd september their engineer will visit us for inspection... On 3rd september after the inspection the engineer said there is some problem with clutch welding, it's broken.. So they will repair the welding thing & will change the clutch plug... So they took the car to their service station... I received a msg from their end, they are working on it... Soon they will revert me with a valid quotation.. On 4th september at 4pm they sent me a set of 4-5photographs of the parts which were supposed to be repaired... They told me i will get my car by 7th... Till 6th i didn't receive any valid price quotation... On 6th when i called them, then i came to know that they haven't received any suitable quotations so they're not able to start the work... On 9th i was informed that they have received the quotation & they will start working on it... I will get my car in 3working days... (I didn't receive any valid quotations yet, except the tentative pricing thing)!!! A per the last conversation it was supposed be delivered by 12th september... But till now i didn't received my vehicle!!! After taking 'n' no. Of followups on 14th september i came to know there is problem with the clutch plate as well... (Which they initially said should not be an issue!!!) On 14th i received a whatsaap msg of the engineer regarding welding repair & clutch plug replacement cost as following way: Clutch cable replace bill Clutch cable 650/- Ac gas 1560/- Engine removing & refitting 3000/- Welding work 2850/- Total= 8060/- When i asked about the clutch plate replacement costing he said it will costs around 8190/- additional!! Now the actual total will goes around 16.5k Earlier when i asked abt the clutch plate replacement thing... They clearly said, it's only because of broken welding of clutch and the sparked clutch plug... Now they are saying that i also have to replace the clutch plate... This completely misleading nd disappointing... Very unfair and harrassing too!! My concerns are following: 1. Following up numerous times and least initiative from carok. 2. No written quotations being sent. 3. Vehicle kept for 16days for repairing cluthes!!! And yet not delivered!!! 4. Any vulnerable cost being shared after mentally getting drenched with follow uos!
