Lot of negatives here:
1) misinformed: i was told that my car will be serviced in kothrud and to my surprise found at amit auto service model colony where my friend and i had a bad history related to services.
2) spare parts: as i gave car to "trusted" "carok" third party, i had an impression at least i won't have to care about the genuineness and rates of the spare parts. But after receiving quotes found that the spare parts...
