Purchased my AC last year in June 2024. It stopped cooling in July end, and I raised complain in Aug 2024. After investigation, technician told me gas is leaked. He asked for installation person name, i shared carrier team details then he came on next day and refill the gas. then it works for 2-3 months and this year again when i started AC it stopped cooling. Raised complain to Carrier and this time again technician said gas leaked. I raised my concern last year too that faulty AC delivered to me and this year again same issue comes.
