Hi
We had purchased an ac last year but never got any after sale service which were free during the 1 year (Warantee period). There are 2 ac's under warranty period. Total warranty is of 5 years for compressors and 1 years full warranty.
Now the ac has started troubling due to some fault, we requested our dealer to send their technician for troubleshooting but we are not getting proper respose from them.
Please see to it and get things resolved.

I had purchased carrier 1.5 ton ac last year from rag cycle works gadarpur udham singh nagar but it is not working properly.. I had filed complaint many times that it is not cool air instead it is giving lukewarm air after sometime and also is in warranty period.. but this issue is not being resolved by the carrier team.. please help me to resolve this issue by changing the ac … please please please help me

money cheated as amc
Ac service complaintno receipt & no response
I had googled for carrier ac service and found contact number[protected] which claims to be a carrier ac service center. When i called to the number on 25/8/2019 lady received my call and registered my complaint and sent sms as below on same day from sms id called "md-bsmart"
I received a message stating carrier referring service technician rajesh [protected] with complaint number as shc250824 he called me on same day and sent two other staff to service the a. C. We were asked to pay ₹7100 towards annual maintenance contract and that the cash offer was in place on that day. On his demand we paid ₹7100 to rajesh through imps on andhra bank account :[protected] and disclosed ifcs no as: andb0000001. We were promised that a bill would be generated and sent by sms & email immediately. Since his name and mobile number was referred the message that was sent we believed him and paid him the money but we have been trying to call him over phone to get invoice copy but he is deliberately avoiding calls and is not responding to messages.
I believe that we have been cheated by the technician rajesh sent by customer service. Either we must be given invoice for annual maintenance contract or refund of entire money. Please take action on this complaint and do needful at earliest.
After that we noticed in the complaint forum that the same person from the no :[protected] has cheated many customers in the same way.
This leads to depression as that person also aware that i am a pregnant lady and he given many troubles by never responding.

same issue continuing after visit & payment...immediate action needed

Lodged a complaint of non cooling & frequent auto shut down of the ac problem yesterday, technician visited & advised refilling gas &servicing, did that, took the full payment rs 3250, confirmed the resolution of issue. Within an hr the issue reoccured, nothing got resolved, same problem still there. Highly frustrated...pls take immediate action. Also called the technician & informed the same immediately.

product under warranty not repaired by fraud people
I have requested for ac repair under warranty 9 days ago but still it's pending. Your service partner babylon's staff very ill mannered. I have mentioned to complete this service before sunday but they are ignoring the phone call and today (Monday) also not giving appropriate answer. new ac within 15 days stop working

Sir i have purchased a carrier 2 tn ac on 07 april 2019 from navrang audio video laxmi nagar, this ac was stop working by 22, or, 23 april. I have made a complaint twice, thrice times but on 3rd of may complaint was registered for replacement of product, and approval has declared for a new ac on 11 may 2019 but still we are dyeing in this summer without ac now i can't hold myself and i can't see my children in this summer without ac. indoor unit motor is in damaged condition

I am jaydip koley, i purchased a carrier air conditioner from flipkart on 17th may. It was delivered on 24th may and installed on 29th may when giving demo the technician discover that the indoor unit motor is not working. The told me the inform carrier castomer care ther reached my home by 30th may but no one came. I booked a ticket against my damaged ac and the technician came on 31 and he also say the same thing and told me if you agree we will replaced the motor free of cost. I say yes replaced it. But the told me how many day it will take we don't know. My point of view is that where is our security the know that the product is damaged so they have to replace it as soon as possible. Why they are delaying the whole process. Kindly look after my matter and take nessessary step.

Most humbly and regretfully i would like to inform you the following facts for your kind redressal as quick as possible.
That i purchased an carrier air conditioner 18k durafresh 3 star of 1.5 ton capacity from your authorized dealer gupta distributors at patia bhubaneswar on dated 16/10/2018.
Your installation team namely mr saroj kumar sahu (Mobile no.[protected]) along with another man did come to my house at patia plot no.684 dola mandap sahi and installed the same.
He did not fix the outer of ac in the wall only put it with out any nut bolt on the chazah of the building.
In the recent very super cyclone at bhubaneswar on 3rd may the outer was slipped down and we escaped the outer and bound with a rope and from that day the outer is in hanging position.
I complained your distributor regarding this on 11th may and enquired about my address to inform the service provider on 12th may 2019.
Then one man namely mr alok kumar sahu (Mob. No [protected]) visited my house on 16 th may, 2019 and it can not be made single handedly and he would report the matter in the office then the team will come and reinstall the outer.
On 17 th may he was contacted and he persuaded me to contact the madam i/c having mobile no.[protected] as he has reported the matter to her.
I contacted in the above phone no. And she consented me that the team has been instructed and shortly they will attend the case. After 2 days she did not respond the phone and only forwarded a small citing the phone no. Of mr ananda samal and to contact mr samal. But on that day mr samal did not pick up the phone. Today when after ringing thrice mr samal picked up the mobile and told to send the technician today but till 3.50 pm no man has arrived my house or no phone received from any body.
Since days together we are suffering from severe hit wave, but neither we get any response from the team, service provider nor the distributor is helping me to short out the problem.
I request your kind intervention in the above matter to solve the case as early as possible for which i shall remain thankful to you.

Carrier ac service
Very bad experience after i purchase a carrier inverter ac. First it was delivered by great eastern trading company after 6 days in gruelling heat of summer in bengal and installation taking a long span of 10 days more but not yet been done. The item is dumped in my room but of no use. I am calling carrier service and great eastern trading company chinsurah khadina more but all give false promises or excuses... It have a bitter experience... No idea what to do next and also suggest others not to go for carrier as service not assured at all

Good evening sir. I am a carrier customer. I had book 3rd free servicing through carrier customer care number 3 times. Every time they assured me that ac technician will contact me shortly. This type of negligence may occur a bad impression in customer aspects. So i requested you to kindly look after my above mentioned complaint.

I bought a new 1.5 ton carrier AC last year and they are not providing service. I have called so many times but they are not responding. I have never seen such a bad service in any company ever. I just got reference no.[protected] but that too of no use. While purchasing from showroom Aditya Vision in Patna the salesman told so many times that it's service is the best in among all ACs but they lied to me.

Non - functioning of window ac

The ac was purchased in april 2017 and was under amc. The complaint was made on 17/06 regarding on non - cooling. The technician visited on 18/06 and diagnosed gas leakage. The ac was lifted from the home on 19/06 for gas re-flling. On 21/06, the persisted calling to customer care, it was informed that ac has been repaired and will be delivered by evening. Subsequently, got a call from mr. Lalit/mr. Zuber that cooling coil is beyond repaired and need to be replaced. For that i need to pay rs.4500/- in advance and they will take another two days to repair after payment.
This is complete harassment and lack of service, product quality etc. There is no prompt action and after a lot of deliberations, informing that cooling coil has gone beyond repair in just 14 months of purchased shows the quality of product. Why one who should go for carrier ac after, knowing that they lack completely in product quality and indifferent attitude of service providers. It is a blunder on our part to have gone for a product like carrier aircon, can somebody provide a solution?

Sir, we had bought this carrier ac from star marketing dhanbad
Day 1- this ac was not working. So, we complained about this. They came and solved the problem but we were not satisfied because ac was not cooling properly.
After one week, it was not working again. The ac was automatically being switch off. So, we complained about this faulty product and we requested to shopkeeper to change this carrier ac but they are not changing. They came again and try to solve the problem. There are almost four times, they came and try to solve but new ac consistently getting problem. Today ac is not being on
Day 1- this ac was not working. So, we complained about this. They came and solved the problem but we were not satisfied because ac was not cooling properly.
After one week, it was not working again. The ac was automatically being switch off. So, we complained about this faulty product and we requested to shopkeeper to change this carrier ac but they are not changing. They came again and try to solve the problem. Unprofessional behaviour

I have logged a compliant with carrier AC ref # 91194364 stating water leakage from the indoor unit as on 17th May 2014.
Technician (Sundar Moorthy) came for visit informed that its due to gas leakage & promised to come back on next day to fix the problem.
We have waited till 20th May 2014, however no one turned up for repairing the unit.
We have called the carrier customer care, we have been informed that ticket raised for the issue is closed stating problem solved.
Even the customer care representative is also notable provide valid justification on the same just hurrying to close the call.
Please don’t prefer carrier.

I had a similar issue. My issue started on April 10th with water leakage from indoor unit, the next day the problem turned out to be an E3/E2 error displayed and AC not working. 2 technicians visited on 11th, they seemed to be trainees who do not eve know how to remove the indoor cover (did not know where the screws are). On 12th came another set of 2 technicians, they said the fan motor needs to be replaced. After around 10-12 days, another 2 technicians came with a motor and replaced it, but the problem (E3/E2) continued to show. Then they said the motherboard also needs to be replaced. After around 10-15 days, again 2 people came with a board, after comparing with the existing faulty board, to my surprise, they told me that the new board that they bought is not compatible with my a/c model. Again after around 10-12 days, on May 13th, they came with the correct board and fixed it. A/c started to work. The issue started on April 10th and was resolved on May 13th, more than a month. During this 1month, my complaint was closed around 5 times, as mentioned by Sivaram, each time, I re-opened. Finally, I had a conference call with the customer care and the repairing agency (SS Cooling), and I got an SMS stating that my complaint is pending "waiting for spare parts".
I won't recommend carrier to anyone.
Now, the next issue. On the same day, 13th May, I shifted to a new house. For installation, technicians from the new agency (don't know the name) are not willing to use the existing pipes. They want me to buy a new set of pipes, which would cost Rs.650/- per meter (3m needed.). So 3X650. I requested them to try reusing the old pipe, and if it breaks, I am absolutely OK to buy the new one, but they are not even ready to try it. Strange people. So upset with Carrier.
I won't recommend carrier to anyone.
Now, the next issue. On the same day, 13th May, I shifted to a new house. For installation, technicians from the new agency (don't know the name) are not willing to use the existing pipes. I opine from above that either the m/c has manufacturing defect ( which is next to impossible from a company of repute ) or yr service personnel are in capable and in competent to fix the problem making all my efforts till date futile.
Now a day yr service partner M/S POLR turn deaf ear to my complaint and behave in rude manner asking me to do whatever I want and approach any higher authority for which he doesn’t care about.
His this attitude will surely give bad feeling to an end user for an established firm of yr repute.
I request yr intervention in resolving my long pending issue by deputing company’s sr. service personnel and oblige,

non-availability of technician for service

hi i purchased carrier Window 1.5 tonnage gen x1 on 30/05/2007 with invoice no. 2149 at Khammam, sri srinivasa auto & general stores. 3 days back thermostat was failed and immediately informed to the above said dealer for arrangement of service person. simply he replier that is your headache. we are not responsible for that. In addition to this, once customer was purchased the item from you, you can't do any thing even in the warranty we may not provide service. utmost you can give the complaint to the company.

Jinko maine do PCB ka order diya pr ek lek aye aur paisa dono ka charge kr rhe the . Aur 20 din se roj call kr rhi hu roj bolte hai kal ho jayega. Call center pr call kr kr k thak gyi hu . Nya lene pe agle din hi fitting krk bakra bna lete hai...

The carrier window A C is faulty in warranty period.The dealer has collected the A.C and has not returned the same even after 20 days .This is the quality of service carrier is giving in warranty period.The complain number booked in carrier is nagp0166 on 24 amy ,but not rectified the fault till today.

We are a multi national company having our head office at Brunswick Canada, bought a Carrier AC Durakool Plus around 1 year back. After expiry of warranty period when we called up service centre named MEHO-HCP Air System (P) Ltd of 100 Dikusha Street, Kolkata-700017, they appeared on our call but with out giving any services they returned back saying that until and unless we give them AMC maintainence they will not touch the product for repairing. Despite of our repeated request to attain the service call against the payment of requisite service fees they ignored us. We are facing tremendous problem during this hot summer. Is this the quality of after sales service that carrier are propoganding through media? Should we assume that being a customer of Carrier AC, this is our fate that we are to suffer the pain of hot summer unless we get registered ourselves with AMC ?
Hope the authority will take immediate action to solve this issue as it will ultimately give mal-effects in the market.

I have to wait for complete I week for dispatch and installation and thanks god finally got installed. I have to call atleast 40 times. and Vijay sales sales team
also ignored all my requests.it was a horrible experience with carrier installation team and specially with Mr kapil Yadav.

NEW AC NOT WORKING

Hi,
I bought a Carrier DuraCool Plus Split AC on 16 July 2010 and it was delivered in my place without the GAS filled in a brand new outdoor unit.
The technician told that there might be a leak or gas must have not been filled in the unit and he refilled the gas and told to check for 3 months and now the AC is just running without any cooling effect.
Got the AC Gas filled in by Carrier Authorised service center - R.K.Services (Chennai) and I have told clearly that if i get another issue with the gas, the outdoor unit should be replaced with a new one.
NOTE: I need the outdoor unit to be replaced by Carrier Company if not I am forced to file a case in the consumer court. I would like the manager to please contact me at [protected] - Krishnan

I would like to inform you that I purchased a new Carrier AC 1.5 Ton from Reliance Retail Shipra mall Gaziabad, UP on 12th May 2011, which was installed on Saturday 14th of May and on Monday it stopped working. I called up Carrier Customer Care many times they told me that someone will reach within 24 hours . This happens in case when AC is old. Unprofessional Behaviour of Carrier and their Service.

Hi,
From day one place purchasing order to Carrier Estrella Split AC (premium Model) we are facing problem with Carrier Service. So suggesting you to don't go
for this vendor as they didn't not care of customers.
My detail story as below,
1. I had make payment to Nikhil Comfort on 29th November, 2008 to book Carrier Estrella (premium) model. On booking day they assured that it will deliver in
next 2-3 days period of time. After 3 days spend I ask them about status they said we are working on your case and will update you soon. After 2 days they
send material to my home i.e. PVC pipe etc.
2. But still they didn't delivered machine to me so taking follow up with them and then I called to Nikhil Comfort's manager and explain them. So they
assured me they we will deliver this machine in next seven days. They informed me that this delay due to shortage of AC machines from Carrier Company. This
time I didn't escalate this case to Carrier because of I didn't required this AC in November month on immediate bais as climate was pleasant.
3. Atlast they delivered machine in second week of December, 2008 and fitted on 13th December, 2008.
4. Till 2nd October, 2010 I didn't face any problem with this machine. But on 2nd October, 2010 suddenly AC is not working so I log this complaint on Monday
4th October, 2010 to Nikhil Comfort over the phone. As their team told me that we will not give you ticket number as your machine didn't come under AMC from us. So they (Nikhil Comfort service department) given me engineer appointment as he will visit at my home on Wednesday 04th October, 2010. On that confirmation I had taken leave on said date. On Wednesday 06th October, 2010 till 1:00 PM IST no one came from them at my home and no update so I have given call to Nikhil Comfort helpdesk phone. They told me that we are unable to sent engineer today to attend your call because there is lot of calls. So I told and requested them that I have taken leave on your confirmation basis then how you say this, so then assured me that they will arrange something for me. Then Engineer came at 6:30 PM IST.
5. Engineer inspect and he found that machine's PCB is not working so taken out and informed that it will repair if possible otherwise replace. So they told
me that you are not into AMC so it will be chargeable and provide details of charges for this and also assured that they will place again in my machine by
Saturday 9th October, 2010.
6. On second day 7th October, 2010 Nikhil Comfort didn't given me call for to provide me the status of my problem so I had given call to Nikhil's on all 4
phone lines but no response i.e no one pick up the calls. This status was same till 2:00 PM IST so after that I had given call to Carrier Service helpline.
7. Sandeep from Carrier Service helpdesk attended my phone. I had explain him about my machine problem that Nikhil's engineer taken out PCB unit from my AC on 6th October, 2010, so I am calling to Nikhil Comfort on their all 4 phone lines to feedback on my AC problem but no one pick up calls/response. I requested to Sandeep to log a ticket for me and request to Carrier take feedback from Nikhil Comfort as when they are going to resolve my problem. Also insist him about to add comment in my ticket as I want to escalate this unprofessional behavior about Nikhil Comfort as they are not providing update/feedback to customer also no one pickup calls. This is service industry and customer is important to them but I feel Nikhil Comforts are not aware about this professional etiquettes. Sandeep put my call on hold for few minutes and providing information to me that his other department has given a call to Nikhil Comfort but no one pick up the phone from other side. So he agreed on my point and assure that Carrier will call you on first half of next day (8th October, 2010). But problem also from Carrier as they didn't given me call on fist half of 8th October, 2010 so I had given call at 2:00 PM IST to Carrier Service helpline and call pick up by Tarun.
8. I had given my ticket reference number as MUM721 which is created by Sandeep on earier day. I asked to Tarun about the status and explain him about this
severity. So put my on hold and provide information to me that Carrier will call me today EOD. But same story no call from Carrier.
9. I given call to Carrier Service helpline on next day as 9th October, 2010 in the morning. Brijesh pick the call so I have given ticket number to him.
Again he put my call on hold and informed that Nikhil Comfort Engineer will come to my home before 2:00 PM IST. So I wait till 1:45 PM IST and seen no
update from both party so I again call to Carrier Service helpline and again Tarun pickup the phone. I have given refence of earlier talk and ticket number
also told him that after given lot of assurance no one providing me feedback on my ticket. Again he put my call on hold and then he came aggressively as
informed me that there is PCB part shortage from company (Carrier). So I ask him about how many days will take for this, he replied that 2-3 days no
assurance from us now onward otherwise you will take granted. This is bull sheet service provided by Carrier and their service vendors.
I hope beofre you are purchasing any such type of appliace please take it choose Indian, Korian/ Japnese company (Voltas, Daikin, O-Generali or Samsung) not
such American Company those are not caring customers complaints.
My overall conclusion that Carrier is worst company in cusotmer point as always shortage o[censored]nits or spare parts. Beaware before purchasing Carrier Product.

Poor dealer Service

I'm using carrier window AC. It display panel not working properly. Our Dealer "weather comfort engg. pvt ltd", Faridabad not giving proper service. They're making fool of customer and asking service charges for the same problem everytime. They charged 2000 for each visit in 4 times a month.

I have puchase a AC split from M/S industrial marketers.Jodhpur on 03.06.2009.Since then my Ac is not working I did the cumplaint to customer care.my indor unit has been replaced but then also problem remain same I am working as a general manager Jaicars SKoda Jodhpur.At present my AC is very much noisy and out door unit is also leaking from ac pipe line.After purchase a good product from Market I am suffering alot.
Kindly replace my AC immidiatly.

I got the same issue and various other issues with entire build quality.Carrier brand really sucks.Pl find my reply for the mail i got from customer support.
1) Water leak happened for two times - Water leakage due to clogging of drain pipe can be due to high dusty environment conditions and will be providing a U trap in the drain line and increase the frequency of service once in two months.
// As I mentioned in my mail I know the company will repeat the same old liner ” high dusty environment” I have to say its only applicable for my AC because there are other AC units around my vicinity working perfectly fine. Customers can’t be fooled as any quality branded AC unit will work perfectly fine without any water leakage at least for a minimum of 1 year. As I said during your visit I use to clean my filter twice a month and am not using an AC for the first time. I wonder how you expect a customer to get his AC unit serviced by the dealer for every 2 months for a maximum usage of 6 hours per day and I have to say this is a non sustainable business strategy to squeeze out maximum from the customer //

We are a hospitality industry we had purchased carrier split AC, s in bulk a couple of months back & it is within the warranty period that one compressor failed DEVINE AIR the dealer in Goa from whom we purchased keeps on giving odd excuses thus inconvenienced us suffering loses as we are in the peak of the season its been ten days now

From 23.05.2010 my AC got some fault and stopped working.
I lodged the complaint on 24.05.2010 at 08.10 hrs.in carrier custmor care services and complaint no. is DEL 5482. I gave them a reminder on 25.05.2010 in the morning. After 48 hours of lodigng complaint my AC wasn't attented by any mechanic.
When I again called to the carrier custmor care services, I spoke to their senior executive Mr. Deepak. He assured me that your AC will attended by 19:00 hours.
I again called the customer care sevices at 18.45 hrs.to contact Mr. Deepak but some other Excutive spoken to me and said that my AC will be attended on 27.05.2010 afternoon and disconnected the call.
Even after passing 60 hrs., We didn't got any feedback from the company.
Kindly ponder over the complaint and take some suitable immediate step.

I purchased one Five Star 1.5 Ton Split Carrier AC from M/s Sound and Images GL, Hari Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi - 64 on 8th June, 2010. It was found to be damaged. The Company engineer/representative took its photograph and admitted and acknowledged in writing that AC was damaged but till date the said AC is lying unused till this date. Now I have filed complaint case in Consumer Court. The officials of the Company are in league and collusion with its distributors and supply damaged AC and then harass the consumer/purchaser.
It is shocking that CARRIER COMPANY is indulging in such kind of reprehensible practice. I think, the Management should kick such type of irresponsible and careless officers from such position.

Its the same with every customer. It appears that the company has specialized in practicing deception on its customer. They never come to service your AC within the warranty period.

I had purchased a carrier AC in the month of June 2009. However it was not functioning properly in the 1st month itself. I filled a complaint but no one from the company turned up. After several reminders i finally found out the number of the company's GM and called him and got the AC repaired. They however refused the replace the piece. Even today the AC is not functioning and the warranty is still not expired.I have made at least 20 calls at the customer help desk but there is no help available. This time i dod not want to call the GM but to ensure that action is taken against them.

Delay In Delivery as committed and poor response from the staff

Dear Sir,
I was booked a carrier ac on 28th march 2010 at rani meyyammai hall. I chose sriram fnance for the easy installments. The counter staff commited me to deliver the ac on 30th march.
My bill no [protected].
30th march morning verification person came from sriram finance and verify all documents. He informed that his collection executives will collect the documents asap.
31st morning i gave all the documents to the collection executive of sriram finance and promissed me to deliver the sanction letter immediately to vasanth & co.
Today morning i called up your mylapore branch and ask for the delivery. They cant even check the approval is coming or not., They straight away told all the delivery will be done on 4th of april only.
this will make me angry. They should inform the exact details at the time of purchase.
I am very much suffered from the heat with my new born baby.
Pls educate your people how to behave with the customer.
Pl do the needful and deliver the ac asap.

I have bought an carrier split 1.5ton, duracool plus-4 star with free installation ; I have paid the full amount 29, 490(INSTANT CASH) on 5th april 2010 ;they have given a deliver date :8th april2010 & date of Installation :9/04/10 ; due to there poor service they didn't inform anything, I have asked on 8th april 2010 ;they didnt answer my question properly, for that they said i[censored] want very urgent go for LG or SAMSUNG;then i said i need only carrier ; if want carrier u have to wait for 1 week then i be patience and accepted. On 10/04/2010 they have delivered the ac with out any intimation; my luck i was in my home; then i have received a call from carrier installation dept, they said they will come on Sunday; they didnt come ; and i register a complaint to customer care on 12th april 2010 (monday); i received a call from the same installation dept., they said they will come around 3pm, they also didnt come ; what should i do nw? so dont go for carrier PLZ go for HITACHI
