I had purchased a Carrier Inverter AC in May 2019. It stopped working in end of May 2021. I had mailed a service request to Carrier on 03 Jun 2021. Thereafter 5-6 visits were made by Carrier Technicians but till date they have not rectified the fault making me and my family suffer throughout the summer months. My AC is lying unserviceable since then and Carrier Customer Support is not responding. Was this information helpful? |
