Sir i have purchased a carrier 2 tn ac on 07 april 2019 from navrang audio video laxmi nagar, this ac was stop working by 22, or, 23 april. I have made a complaint twice, thrice times but on 3rd of may complaint was registered for replacement of product, and approval has declared for a new ac on 11 may 2019 but still we are dyeing in this summer without ac now i can't hold myself and i can't see my children in this summer without ac.
