Carrier AC — servicing issue

Good evening sir. I am a carrier customer. I had book 3rd free servicing through carrier customer care number 3 times. Every time they assured me that ac technician will contact me shortly. But no any response have been received till date. My customer ref no is[protected]. My ac no is[protected] and model is romania. This type of negligence may occur a bad impression in customer aspects. So i requested you to kindly look after my above mentioned complaint.
