Carrier AC — Unskilled techicians sent to deliberately damage product

I purchased carrier invertor ac in april 2019. It ran smoothly all summer without any issue. I availed a preventive maintenance service in october 2019 - 2 technicians visited who were sent by the local carrier service center. After this service, ac was not used due to cold weather in north india.in april 2020, the ac was not cooling at all. Due to covid19, the warranty was extended till may 2020. Around 20th may 2020 - first technician visited, he diagnosed refrigerant leak and the local customer service center demanded i pay 2000. When i inquired about where the leakage had happened, i was told it was from the flare nut. After much haggling, they accepted that the leakage was due to their faulty nut. A second technician was sent who unnecessarily dismantled my indoor unit, hammered it unnecessarily and then used a flare gun to play around. The con man of a technician stayed at my house for 5 hours and clicked selfies on my terrace before finally refilling the refrigerant on 26th may 2020. He did not replace the flare nut.

Less than 24 hours of refrigerant refill, the cooling again stopped. On calling the customer care, another technician was sent. He diagnosed that the flare nut as well the improper welding in the indoor unit done by the second clown of a technician was the reason for the refrigerant leak. He did another refrigerant refill on 28th may 2020. During this time, the second selfie clicking clown technician who damaged my indoor unit due to his negligence forced his way into our house to inspect the ac!

Now since 15th june 2020 - that is about 2 weeks of a second refrigerant refill, my ac is again not cooling. How is it that since the carrier authorised technicians have handled my ac, there is repeated, frequent refrigerant leak!

It's a scam carrier is running to mint money. They send unskilled technician to deliberately damage the product so the customer has to avail paid services/repair.

Why should the customer bear the brunt of the negligence of the company in hiring any random tom, dick or harry and without training them, they are sent deliberately by carrier to damage the product so frequent, repeated services need to be availed!
