I have purchased an carrier AC 3 TON Split from carrier media india limited on 13.10.2020. The Ac stopped working on 19.07.21 for which an complaint was registered vide no[protected] dated 19.07.21. Till date there has been no positive response from the local as well toll free carrier team. It is requested that i have spent 70941 hoping to get the best service from the company where as this is the worst service any company could provide. its been months of complaint but the company is irresponsive. request you to please resolve this issue on priority basis.
