Regarding Carrier gatiya ac
I am very much frustrated because of the carrier ac and it's service process the worst ever service I have seen from this worst and so called gatiya company carrier.
Today again my ac hit me hard almost 2 year going to complete with this ac but in these 1.9 year I gone through lots of pain 5-6 time it got serviced 2 nd time pcb within 2 year getting replaced and the main issue was that service center guys are miss guiding there customer 1st they told us that no there is no warranty and they were charging 8500/- for pcb ... After discussing with them and customer care also showing warranty card as proof they agreed and start changing after replacing new pcb which was in warranty they start telling gas filling is required which cost 4200/- we told them ok we will fill gas later but they were stick to there decision stating that if you will not take gas filling we will not give you new pcb and we will not help you with replacement of this pcb .. after discussing with service center and customer care for an hour they couldn't helped us and finally they replaced again the new one with old pcb and take away new pcb with them stating we can't help in this process our whole day got spoiled
Our main point was that we just wanted to fill gas next time, now only replace this pcb but no they were not ready and finally no solution provided after telling we will complain they are saying do whatever you can do sir
Really it's very much frustating and next for sure I will never buy any product of carrier and also don't tell anyone to go for this company product the service center Mahuanagar is the very very very very very very bad and worst it should be closed they are forcing and disturbing their customers
If possible please help us to get any solution or next we will through this dabba
