I had technical problem in my AC after 2 months of purchase and when a technician visited he told there is a board problem which has to be replaced, for which I agreed. He told that he was going to order it but after couple of months when I called customer care they said nothing has been ordered and they have sent couple of technicians and somehow they have temporarily fixed. There hasnt been any board replacement and I kept my AC as it is without using. Meanwhile the warranty for AC has expired and when I called customer care again they have sent technician and when he visited he told me that there is a board problem and that has to be replaced and nothing has been happening. Shame on the service centres. I barely used my AC and I regret for purchasing carrier. My name is Ramakrishna and contact number is [protected]

      509, Aditya Heritage, behind inorbit mall, Near Rustomjee elanza tower, Brandfactory opposite, mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai 400064.

      I have given Rs 20K to Casting Nest for my Daughter in Dec 2019 but still we have not received any audition. They have promised us that 4 they will give 4 audition in a year.
      After Feb 2020, they told us due to pandemic unable to give.
      But now from last 2 months I am following up with team but they are not receiving my call . before 2 week they have reply on whatsapp that by this week you will get call from out team. But still not received.
      Waste of money. I got scammed. All fake. I want get my money back.

        I bought window AC within 2 months it had ice problem plus no cooling plus water problem after lot of complaint it was repaired by cutting and replacing front part with gas reffiling but between I had same problem now it is totally garbage like before with ice and same problem I stopped my all office ac by purchasing another brand plus recomend all my buissness associate to avoid purchasing the product

          1. Within 4 Months of purchase Invertor AC stopped working.
          2. Service center said motor is not working.
          3. As a replacement they tried to install 1.5 year old motor.
          4. Replaced Motor was creating alot of sound (obviosuly).
          5. While removing the replaced motor, service team manage to broke some other parts of AC.
          6. It been more then 10 days and now service team is not picking up calls.
          7. They have left the AC as it is that is without assembling it back!

          Carrier is the company havinh worst product and awful service. Think atlteast 100 times before purchasing its product.

            Respected Sir / Madam,

            I have purchased Midea 8 kg Garment Sterilization Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver Warranty: 4 Years Comprehensive Warranty From Midea 1. [IMEI/Serial No: [protected] 0332 of Rs. 22749.00, Product installed on 05/12/2019.

            Midea customer support said that this product warranty is just 2 years and Flipkart says that it comes with 4 years, Last year after long correspondence, Flipkart confirmed that Midea will provide 4 years warranty. Please send me 4 years warranty assurance document,

            It is very unfortunate that Flipkart and Midea are not taking any initiative to solve my problem. The most surprising thing is that no mail answer is available from Midea, I don't expect such service from these two world famous companies.

            I would be grateful if you could solve this issue as soon as possible.

              I Have 3 nos Carrier X power DC Inverter Mini H 16HP URF Air Conditioner.
              The inverter cards are defective .
              The repair cost is so high that you feel like cheated / why you have bought carrier air conditioner.
              Company do not have a repair center . Carrier India does not have a PCB cards checking center.
              Carrier has given me quotation to buy almost all the cards and than they will try replacing the cards and run the Air conditioner. After that what ever PCB cards will be left will not be taken back by carrier dealer.
              This is not at all acceptable.
              I have talked to Carrier service head also . But they do not have any diagnostic center. All the three units bought are not in service . And in all the units PCB`s are faulty.
              Carrier Midea India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              The service engineer comes empty handed and says you buy the spares and than we will come again . I have paid more than Rs20000/- as visit charges to dealer / Carrier team. I have got an estimate of appx. Rs 3 Lac to get the units repaired and believe me all this cost is electronics only ( PCB cost) no other majot part is defective.

                    I had purchased inverter ac one ton on 8 July 2019 from Moga Punjab it worked well till 2020 but when in April 2021 I turned the ac on it didn't provide cooling I lodged complain at customer care they send technician he said gas leaked automatically we paid for the gas refill after 3 months it again lost cooling again complained and technician said fault in indoor unit after so many calls technician take indoor unit to service center and after four days they installed we paid again and started the ac on the same day after 3 hours it again lost cooling no permanent solution has been done my family is daily suffering in heat. I never expected this kind of service and quality from the reputed company like carrier it was my first product from carrier I would never ever buy again and never again refer anyone to buy carrier products in future.

                      I have buy 1.5ton carrier ac 12.8.2021 by flippant
                      15.8.2021 the instalation teem charged Rs 4765.
                      The instalation company behave as a roboury gang.
                      I and my family feel mentally disappointed.
                      How I apeel in consumer court
                      Please give guidance to me.
                      The instalation company totally spoiled the good impression of carrier brand name.
                      Kindly take action.

                          I have purchased an carrier AC 3 TON Split from carrier media india limited on 13.10.2020. The Ac stopped working on 19.07.21 for which an complaint was registered vide no[protected] dated 19.07.21. Till date there has been no positive response from the local as well toll free carrier team. It is requested that i have spent 70941 hoping to get the best service from the company where as this is the worst service any company could provide. its been months of complaint but the company is irresponsive. request you to please resolve this issue on priority basis.

                            Yesterday they had arranged for an installation after leaving engineer it was not getting cool still now .It was taking to get cool more timing this is the issue kindly intervene

                              I have purchased midea inverter ac in 2018.after 3 years I have compaint regarding cooling issue. service company without investigating problem. they charged the gas and they collect 3500 rs gas charging from me. within a 3 months se problem occurred. my ac warranty period is over I had again registered the compaint. now they started investigating the leakage and one day call me and they said your outdoor unit condenser coil is damage need to replace whole coil. after that I had call to customer care 4-5 times but they not answering properly and not registered compaint. and the price of coil is double than market price. midea sells faulty product to the customer and not provide the service. they just make money from customer.

                                    Sir i have purchased1.5 tr estrella nx window ac on[protected] .it was instaiied and put on in service a very irritating noise -khad khad comes when we put fan speed at 2, 3 which is intolerable.i have replaced existing 12 years old duracool model of carrier due to abnormal sound which was due to aging factor of machine, but in brand new such a trusted.company product have shocked me and i can not run ac on high speed.
                                    i am retired government engineer have 35 years experience assume that possible problem are a-design defective b- defect in fan blade c- defective piece sold to me by dealer as this piece was in old and repaired cartoon and i have raised this issue with m/s sirohi electronic 118 ramphal chowk dwarka delhi
                                    please remove the defect or replace this ac. it is very painful to me that i have thrown rs 25000 in dust bin of my pension

                                      Product is good but the service is not at all good. They are not responding and not providing service as fast as possible. For a small problem like circuit board problem, they are taking 3 months and more to fix it. Whether they stopped selling their product, then why the circuit board is not available? Better not to buy this product.

                                        To whomsoever,
                                        We' ve bought carrier 1.5 ton window A.C from ratna fan house, Chennai on 1/7/21 afternoon ( Bill no.invoice A10879..) .We were informed, that we'll be receiving our new A.c by next day morning and old exchange, installation of the new A.C will be done by next day afternoon ( i.e 2/7/21)..
                                        On 2/7/21 morning 10 Am, the old A.c exchange dealer came and removed it, when we enqired about the new one, we were told after removing the old only the new A.C will be proceeding but with too much of phone calls only did we received our new A.C by evening 6.30 pm... When asked about installing, very atrocious, rude and lethargic response from the carrier installation staffs that it'll be fiitted only in the next day(3/7/21)...
                                        We literally requested them because there's a huge open hole facing road after removing old A.c.. it's dangerous for the night and with kids at home.. still they didn't turned up..if they were not prompt about the delivery and installation, {WHY REMOVED THE OLD A.C FIRST?}
                                        It's really a bad experience with CARRIER... Pls don't break trust of your regular customers
