TV still under repair for last one month

Repair services of washing machine

We brought a whirlpool washing machine under extended warrenty from Reliance Digital and resq services. It suddenly stopped working. On service request, it was taken by them for repair. Its been more than a month and they have been giving the same reply that the parts have been ordered. I dont understand how long does the order shipment and delivery takes.     Whirlpool Washing Machine Repair

    I purchased a Whirlpool 7.5KG Fully Automatic TL WM ELITE GR washing machine from Reliance Digital and raised a complaint for repair on 23rd June 2025. It is now 1 month, and the issue is still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.

    nallagandla reliance service for kent water purifier

    Reliance service providers took 30days to change the filters of Kent plus water Purifier.
    Once that is done water started leaking from our purifier. Now we have been calling and requesting then to rectify it from 3weeks. No help from Reliance Service providers.
    For hour 2-3liters of fresh drinking water is leaking from purifier. I don't know what more motivation they need than this.

    They are not providing service...

      Reliance digital service delay since march for samsung tv (43bu8570)

      I, Rajashekar R, had raised a service request with Reliance Digital on 3rd March 2025 for my Samsung 43" UHD Smart LED TV (Model: 43BU8570) due to a display issue.
      Timeline of events:
      3rd March: Complaint raised
      7th March: Technician picked up the TV
      26th March: Complaint was cancelled and recreated
      28th March: Required part was ordered
      10th April: Promised part delivery date — still no...

      Whirlpool refrigerator 'WP FF 231/235L 2S IFPROINVCNV278 AP SLT' was bought on August 6th 2023. This refrigerator has a total capacity of 231 litres (Freezer 52 litres and fridge 179 litres).

      This refrigerator has the option where the freezer section can be used as a normal fridge section. You can keep Groceries in it by setting the mode as 'Grocery day' and things do stay fresh in 'Grocery day' mode.

      After a power outage, the setting auto resets itself to 'All Season'. Which means any grocery such as vegetables get frozen and none of this can be used. Hence they have to be thrown away.

      This means, that I cannot use the 52 liters capacity of the freezer to keep any groceries in it because I have to throw them away after power outages. Why should I retain a refrigerator when I have lost the capacity to 179 liters instead of 231. The very purpose of having bought a bigger sized refrigerator is completely lost.

      Upon raising this issue with Reliance, a technician took a look at it and self declared that there is nothing wrong with the product. Upon raising the issue to reliance Consumer services department, they were interested in self declaring the issue as closed instead of resolving it. Please look at emails written by Ruqhaiya Begum on September 28, 2024 and September 29th 2024.
      Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Whirlphool Refrigerator

        We had purchased WHIRLPOOL FF 500L IFINVCNPLTN Refrigerator from Reliance Digital – on 14th October 2022.

        Within 6 months of purchase, the machine stopped working. After much follow up it was repaired. till now 4 times, we have faced same issue.
