Whirlphool Refrigerator

We had purchased WHIRLPOOL FF 500L IFINVCNPLTN Refrigerator from Reliance Digital – on 14th October 2022.

Within 6 months of purchase, the machine stopped working. After much follow up it was repaired. till now 4 times, we have faced same issue. VERY poor Service 3rd world Country or 10 th world Country

I went to the Reliance Digital store in Dwarka Sector 21 in pacific Mall on 8 July. I wanted to buy 4 ACs, 1 55 inch LG O LED 1 653 Litres Side by side Fridge 1 LG Dish washer 1 RO 3 25 litres Geysers AO smith . I also wanted 4 year Extended warranty plus installation. installation delay and poor service for new jio airfiber connection

Previously had a Jio Fiber connection at my old address, but after moving to a new location 6 km away, I found that Jio Fiber is not available. I requested a new Jio Airfiber connection (Order No: NO000112OVHQ) on June 11, 2024. However, there has been no update on the installation status. Received damaged cooler and was not replaced

Hi I have ordered Symphony air cooler order no RDF62076984. The delivery date is mentioned as 1 day in Reliance Digital online portal However I received the cooler after 10 days after following up with the support tram repeatedly.

Bought a brand new voltas 1 ton inverter ac on 8th may 2024 and got installed on 16th may 2024 and it stopped cooling on

description- booked a technician appointment on the same day on resQ app
and a technician visited on 27th may 2024 and said that installation was not done properly so the gas was leaking and he said that I would have to pay 2000₹ for the gas refill !!!
this is absurd why should the customer pay for their mistake

    I an yugal agrawal from Gwalior. My contact no is [protected] i have purchased Whirpool fridge 500L of Rs 60000.00 3 yrs back from reliance. In 1 yr only i have faced 3/4 times issues then only i took extended warranty of 5 yrs. Now in every 2-3 months issues arises sometimes sensor doesn't work, cooling issues etc.. As it is manufacturing defect which reliance digital is not accepting as not replacing it with the new product . Recently i logged the complaint on 15th may 2024 but today it's 26th may no update nothing as it is so hot without fridge it is so difficult to manage.

    I request you to take some strict action & get replace my fridge with new or reimburse my money.

      Reliance ReSQ - No repair of my in-warranty Water purifier inspite multiple followup

      Pathetic extended warranty service for Window AC

      Complaint No. - [protected].
      We had purchased a voltas 5 star inverter AC in 2023 and along with 5 year extended warranty from Resq. We shifted our residence from Delhi to Himchal in September 2023 and requested on ResQ to send a technician for uninstallation.

      Worst AC service and pathetic customer care response

      Contract no: [protected]. Date of contract: 27 Dec 2021. Got maintenance for 5 years to replace filters every year and free maintenance every 6 months. Have to keep sending emails to get filters changed. First year there was no maintenance at all and had to go through a lot of hassle to get the filters changed. Again this year I am getting a run around with Reliance and Havells. Free maintenance every 6 months is a big lie. Secondly, taking money for maintenance for 5 years is nothing but a scam. I request customers to not buy any service maintenance from Reliance. Havells keep saying that they don't deal with the issue as the amount was not paid to them. Very poor service.

      I request customers not to purchase the maintenance service that Reliance provide as it is completely a scam. I paid for 5 years for them to provide service every 6 months and to change filters every year. Purchased this in 2020. No service provided for year 2021 and 2022 and their app shows service provided. Have been chasing them with emails to get filters changed. Waste of time and money. This is nothing but a scam. Please don't pay for any service.

        AC installation not done even after 4 days of delivery
