Reliance service providers took 30days to change the filters of Kent plus water Purifier.
Once that is done water started leaking from our purifier. Now we have been calling and requesting then to rectify it from 3weeks. No help from Reliance Service providers.
For hour 2-3liters of fresh drinking water is leaking from purifier. I don't know what more motivation they need than this.

They are not providing service...

I placed an order on 2nd July 2025 from Reliance Digital (Order ID: RD686544C40EE0807C85) for a washing machine. The promised delivery date was 4th July 2025 by 9 PM, but as of 5th July, the product is still "In Process" — it hasn't even been shipped.

I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but they are not providing any proper response or resolution. No tracking number, no timeline — just complete silence....
