Refund not initiated for a order cancellation more than one month.Every time i called customer care they say wait for 72 hours

Lot of 72 hours waiting i asked help from their backend team.They very clear say providing solution within 48 hours.

After waiting lot of 48 and 72 hours i very much frustrated.

Around 1000 rupees my hard earned money keep in reliance digital locker.

L ordered an air cooler on 30th April 2022. The date of delivery was mentioned as 1st or 2nd May but l have not received till today ie 13th May but my order has been marked "delivered" in the website. Calling the toll free number is of no use. Writing to customer head Seema Kamble and to the CEO is also not working. Requested them to refund my money which they have not done till now. Very disappointing....

Hi,

I really disappointed with customer support and delivery service in ecom-express and even reliance digital customer care doesn’t know when the package will get delivered and even they don’t know where is my shipment and when I connect customer support with reliance digital and Ecom Express both are said delivery person has reached me multiple times but unfortunately no body reached me I didn’t received such calls...

Reliance Digital — Reconnect AC maintenance

I purchased reconnect 1.5 ton AC May 2021.
For which I had logged the maintenance call on 18th April 2022 and your technician came to my house and said that you will have air like this. There will be air condition which I will bring tomorrow. But till date no one has come to me and I am calling him so he is not even picking up the phone. Sir there is a lot of problem. Please do solve my problem. What was the name of your technician?...

I’m writing this email to the team after experencing a pathetic Customer Service experience from the reliance customer service team.

I’ve been so patient over the last 20 days, however I can’t bear it any longer with the kind of suppport that ive received over the call and Email from Reliance Digital support.

I’ve placed an order online of IPHONE13 worth 71, 9100 RS from Reliance digital online store...

We have purchased a refrigerator of Haier make & product was delivered on 08.05.22 at designated place but service support for installation has not provided.

Very pathetic service from Reliance Digital.Shame on you Such a Fraudulent Way.We bought 1 Air conditioner from Reliance Digital Online Store 45000 thousand worth.After 3 days only they send a service guy for installing he don't install right way.A/c was not cooling at that time we informed him.he said it will ready for a hours while running. Also he charged 1600 rs service charge. After that we contact to reliance customer care. no response...

Purchased hisense 1.5 AC unit product is delivered.
The AC installation folks visited my house and removed the unit for inspection after that they came with price list for charges, when i asked them about company price list of charges ty started arguing.
After they mentioned some drilling folk will visit and will do his work later we will install the unit. After long wait i called the nob but no response.later i checked the installation sevice request status showing completed.i was surprised and undestand that there no accountbility .There is also no response from reliance digital support. They put u on hold and vanish it is also big frustrati

    Purchase HP Pen drive from Reliance digital on[protected], on using it on the very next day found to be corrupt. Product carries warranty of one year. But when reported the matter, Reliance digital told me to contact HP. On contacting HP, they are saying Reliance Digital has sold old product which is out of warranty. It is manufactured in July 2019 so it is out of warranty. HP does not provide warranty on items which are more than 2 years...

    Sir i have purchased Sony TV at Reliance digital SRMT MALL KAKINADA..and they have send defected Tv it not working.. when I complent the show room they said we will replace the product.. but now 7 days over no response from reliance digital... Purchased date is 04/06/2022
    And also given complient to reliance head off with mail from there also no response...Very very poor response plz solve my issue

    I purchased Apple MagSafe 15W wireless charger for Rs. 4500/- on 8 Feb 2022. Money has been deducted from my account, and I even got the confirmation email. I have not received neither the product nor the refund for the amount to date. After repeated communications over mail and calls, none yielded any result for my money back in my account.

    I did not receive the product or a refund. It's already 3 months.

    So, I am requesting you to kindly take the action against the reliance digital for returning the money back to my account.

    After filing the complaint. The acknowledgement mail was forwarded to the Reliance along with the regular email for a reminder. A response email for received from [email protected] Within 24hrs I got the refund amount of my purchase. Thanks to consumer complaints

      I had ordered a product online from reliance portal, which was suppose to deliver on 8th May 2022, but dint received a product but received a message stating that product is delivered. No response from reliance digital yet.

        Worst Expereince with Reliance Digital ...Order ID RDF30032426 ... Ordered 1.5 ton Daikin Inverter AC but received 1.5 ton 4 star Inverter AC Daikin India ... Reliance is not at all taking responsibility for replacement of product neither giving refund of extra amount charged...

        Never ever buy anything from them. Big Cheaters and not at all professional. Customer service is worst.

        We bought Lloyd AC on 9.4.2022
        It got delivered on 13th and was installed on 14th, but due to problems in installation, the AC is not working. The installation mechanic could not do the job properly and ended up installing it incorrectly, damaging a few parts inside.

        Ordered on Reliance Digital app on 30th April to be delivered on 1st May. Delivery delayed an was delivered on 4th May. Post that service centre deliberately cancelled installation request. Customer service agents not helpful, called 20-25 times for delivery and installation, they disconnect calls. Escalated matter for refund to Level 2 as we bought AC from other Vendor and it's installed. Sill awaiting reply from Level 2 escalation. My Mobile...

        I bought an ac from reliance digital offline store. They said it will get delivered by 4th of may and be installed by 5th of may. None of these happened.After Numerous calls and hardships on 8th may i got a sms saying that the product will get delivered by that day but that did not happen either. On 9th may morning i got a sms saying that product failed to deliver due to invalid OTP. But no delivery person showed up and NO OTP was given....

        Reliance Digital — Complaint about Product not delivered

        Yesterday I placed an online order for a Mobile Phone (Redmi Note 11T 5G 128 GB, 6 GB RAM, Stardust White).
        I only placed the order with the condition of INSTA delivery within 3 hours but I haven't received my product yet. Also I am not able to cancel the order online or with the help of customer care.
        Neither I have tracking details for the product nor the customer care support team. I don't know whom I should approach for...

        I have purchased a LG washing machine from reliance digital.During my purchase, reliance digital employee has said it is zero noise machine but during the installation, found it is giving high noise which is literally disturbing.
        Reliance digital technician has considered my feedback and not submitted to the higher management.
        Later I have raised concern and LG technician was sent for investigation.He said it is giving high noise than normal and going to give feedback.But LG management still committing it is normal even after technician has given feedback.

        Both reliance digital and LG washing machine companies are cheating me by selling high noise machine which is not working as per their defined capacities.

        Please help me to get this issue addressed in a proper way and get full refund to me.

          Faulty installation / product. NO response after number of times complaints on email as well as over a phone to customer care reliance digital.

          Very less cooling. NO body is there in Reliance Digital to hear customer complaint....
