I have bought carrier 1.5 ton AC two months ago . They told me to buy inverter model for less power consumption . However, when I use it for 2 hours of AC running time, it consumes 8 units of power and they say this model consumes very less power . I had raised a complaint and the engineer has no knowledge of how to handle this issue .

    Unprofessional work, rude and threatening behaviour of carrier midea authorised agency Standard AC solution in Vadodara. Technicians working without professional tools and damaging my furniture and floor. They refused to clean up mess- stones, wires, sharp screws were left spreaded in my entire room. They said cleaning is not in the scope of work. Their agency owner refused to accept their fault and misbehaved. After escalating to Carrier midea customer care, their service manager Shoeb Malek though agreed that cleaning was in the scope of work but refused to accept the complaint and mentioned their agency as more trustworthy then a customer.
    Worst after sales services! Never ever buy any Carrier midea product. Token[protected]
    They've manipulated and closed the service saying customer out of station so that this service history is erased from the system, trying to cover up their wrong doings.
    I'm unable to find a way to escalate my complaint to high authority in carrier midea.

      Very poor service and follow up from company on customer complaint, No one is responsible to resolve the Issue since 3 days of customer complaint.

      Problem not resolved for 3 months, such worst product never ever seen, Don't buy this product..
      I have from loaded washing machine of midea, Very poor service more than month gone but no one is resolving, for front load washing machine

        Bought a dish washer thru Amazon, got the delivery on 25/04/2021. Inspite of repeated requests with Midea customer care, the installation is pending. Amazon wants its customer to post views on delivery and response by the customer care executives only and there is absolutely No way to contact Amazon.

          As my AC service is done in March 2021 but as soon as we started using it in April, while making it on it start making certain noises with no cooling for next 15-20 minutes. Kindly provide me a carrier executive to make it rectify asap. Also I am not going to pay any additional amount because I have already paid my service charges in a month of March 2021.

            Hi Team,

            Regarding Carrier gatiya ac
            I am very much frustrated because of the carrier ac and it's service process the worst ever service I have seen from this worst and so called gatiya company carrier.
            Today again my ac hit me hard almost 2 year going to complete with this ac but in these 1.9 year I gone through lots of pain 5-6 time it got serviced 2 nd time pcb within 2 year getting replaced and the main issue was that service center guys are miss guiding there customer 1st they told us that no there is no warranty and they were charging 8500/- for pcb ... After discussing with them and customer care also showing warranty card as proof they agreed and start changing after replacing new pcb which was in warranty they start telling gas filling is required which cost 4200/- we told them ok we will fill gas later but they were stick to there decision stating that if you will not take gas filling we will not give you new pcb and we will not help you with replacement of this pcb .. after discussing with service center and customer care for an hour they couldn't helped us and finally they replaced again the new one with old pcb and take away new pcb with them stating we can't help in this process our whole day got spoiled

            Our main point was that we just wanted to fill gas next time, now only replace this pcb but no they were not ready and finally no solution provided after telling we will complain they are saying do whatever you can do sir

            Really it's very much frustating and next for sure I will never buy any product of carrier and also don't tell anyone to go for this company product the service center Mahuanagar is the very very very very very very bad and worst it should be closed they are forcing and disturbing their customers

            If possible please help us to get any solution or next we will through this dabba

              I requested general service on mideacare on 18 March 2021. Service was made on the very next day(19 March 21) of the call.

              But for the past one week, water was draining from AC and some sound coming out of AC.

              Today I called "VIJAY GANESH ENGINEERING" service center which is part of your service center. He spoke irresponsibly that is not our mistake since the service taken before 10 days.

              Before servicing AC I didn't have any issue or problem with it but after all the service made.

              It's really making me frustrated with his word.

                Hi Team,

                I purchased a 1.5 ton inverter ac for my home from Mallika furniture Tiruvarur and it was working fine for some period. But we were started facing cooling problem for more than six months and ice cubes were coming from indoor unit. Raised multiple complaints about this in warranty period. But none of the engineers found the issue that issue caused due to gas leakage in the copper pipeline.

                I would like to inform you about installation that this issue is caused due to wrong installation. The copper pipeline from outdoor unit to indoor unit joint were placed inside the wall and could not see the joint and test the leakage by the engineers, so none of the engineers noticed this issue.

                I would like to mention about free servicing that the engineers came in morning 5.30am usually for service and clean the filter for just process and said all looks good and left the place. This might be solved in warranty period alone if they found the issue properly.

                My family circle we are using 6(1.5 ton) carrier ac's due to best quality and service which we are receiving except this issue. We are looking for action on this and need service with free of cost(as per one year free service contract). Please arrange senior level engineer and verify the same and looking for permanent solution on this.

                  Since August 2020, I have been following up with your team regarding free services after installing the ac but no one has responded positively.
                  I wasted atleast 3 leaves after getting confirmation from your team that someone will visit and do the needful but none came.
                  It's for the last time, I am communicating in this way.

                        We have bought 2 Ac is in the frequency of 1 month last year one is 2 ton for my office and 1 ton for my home. 30th October is our warranty expiry date. 24th October suddenly my ac is not working when I saw the error come PO, we find it error on google then I find its power supply error from PCB. so I registered a call, after 3 days there person calling to come but there no shows as a spam no in truecaller, so I did not picked as most of people did not pick spam calls. then after few days I received msg your service request is closed because of not responding call. i am shocked then again I tried call on last date on warranty period also discuss lots with call centre executive to reopen my old case. but she not accepted our request again there person come for instapections, this time I received every spamcalls, then they will come and said its it out of warranty now, you have to pay the expenses approx 18k. so I did not accept ask to go I will talk with there top management, so I approached there MD and chairman and in mail privately in first week of November but did not get response. same history for my home ac, with similar error. this time I am alert and got replacement under warranty. there service engineer told me unofficially this product is not successful. lots of complain of PO error. I personally requesting to everyone do not buy any Invertor AC of Carrier product. its unsuccessful products. rest is your decision

                            I bought a carrier 5 star ac and it was a defective product. starting from the first day louver position memory function not working, after 10 days sleep function stopped working, i called the service center guys and they have changed the PCB after that sleep function started working but with this new PCB louver function still did not work. Again i called them up and they are saying again need to change PCB, i have them you just put a new PCB still why it isnt working. and it did not work with the stock pcb also. Now they are saying we will send upgraded pcb which seems very illogical for me, for a single customer why would they upgrade entire PCB. im afraid they are doing some patch work on the PCB and sending me.who knows what else will not work. i want a replacement. please help

                              Time to time kajal tiwari taken amount as follows.

                              Till date 10 months crossed my work not started. Not received any enquiry to me. Where is my confirmed & varified 10 leads. No website i received from your site. Where is google promotion, seo & smo work.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                On dated 19th september 2020, concern team visited at my address for services but no satisfactory services from their side, and suggested that your product amc is from sargam electronics, so he will provide service now only. Even one person taken photo of amc bill of sargam electronics.

                                They have detected that when you start your ac it create ice layer in inner side and so, water leakage issues. I told them to show this they denied. I requested to one of them to check pipe linked with ac for water flow but they have not checked and suggested that it is due to i've layer.
                                They have also detected that low gas in ac which creating issues of cooling but not confirmed gas amount where cooling is proper.

                                I told to write down all above issues to further process but they denied.

                                I asked one of them for their dress and gloves, he told us that he is doing private job, not doing slavery of company so no need to wear all.

                                They also suggested that now not to call carrier for future servicing, if you will coordinate with them, they will charge amount for that.

                                It was worst experience of 3rd servicing. I never expect such type of visit from a reputed company like carrier.

                                I request carrier to please share guideline of third servicing. I mailed same on 19th september also but no any further step from your side.

                                Thank you so much for such a worst service facility.

                                  Sir, my complaint is against career midea. I have purchased midea washing machine from flipkart in 2018 with two years warranty period now this machine stop working and i have registered my complaint in midea customer care 5 times since last one month but still no response from midea side. Sir this product is still under warranty till october 2020.

                                      The ac purchased from carrier was found to be defective since its installation. The required free services were not given in the warranty period. After making several requests to the company, the issues remained unresolved. After the sun-set of the warranty, the company sent the mechanics who financially exploited me leaving again the issue unresolved. I took the matter to the managing director of the company (Shri krishan sachdev) who also took the matter casually, and did not bother to reply. The ac continues to be defective.
                                      The defective ac has exerted a severe impact on my health, mental balance, academic work, and peace. The harassment that i faced was quite uneven and unfortunate. I request the forum to please help me by getting the ac replaced and appropriate compensation be paid. The company may also be warned for such deplorable service delivery.

                                      Nothing has been done as of now at the end of carrier media. Please suggest and cooperate me for the next step. If we leave the company scot-free, it would further victimise other customers. I would also like to know the extent to which the India Customer Complaint Forum can really take some steps against the company. o

                                        Bought 1 Ton AC on 1 and half Year ago. I have not used this A/C regulary since we are having another AC room (Other Brand). So weekly 2 to 3 days use to function this AC. One month ago, we identified that some water leakage around AC windows. We have informed the same to Carrier service center. Service person came and said that due to lack of gas issues occured. Now for refilling the GAS they are asking me to pay Rs. 3900 with tax. Actuallly New AC suppose to run minimum 3 years with out this problem. But in my case with in 1 and half year the problem occured. Service team unable to find the root cause and explain why its occured in stead of that they are asking me to pay Rs. 3900 which is completely cheating and am looted with Some damaged unit other wise the problem would not occur. Additionally So far 3 to 4 services completed by Carrier team but not identified this issues at any time.
