I purchased a new BMW 520d in April 2012 from Deutsche Motoren, Delhi. Since then I had sent my car thrice to there workshop for different reasons apart from service. On every occasion I had to encounter huge resistance from the company in getting the problem fixed.
Latest being that my car is at there workshop for more than a month now and they are unable to provide a spare part which needs to be changed under 2 year warranty and the car is immobile at present.
I even warned them of going to consumer court but they are unmoved.
If any one has a personal contact at BMW head office then please let me know or fwd my complaint.
Anybody who is looking between AUDI and BMW, i will strongly recommend AUDI.
