Driver did not show up till 5.00 PM ; his mobilr tracking was showing still far away. I had an urgent engagement. I was forced to cancell the trip and use UBER, which costed me much more and also reached very very late [ almost 2hrs]
Highly irresponsible and damaging for your company. On the top you are asking me to pay cancellation charges Rs 50 [ rediculus ]
