Three years ago, we sold our old vehicle to Cars24 ([protected]@cars24help.zendesk.com) under App ID: [protected] and Customer Ref. No.: [protected]. Unfortunately, Cars24 has not completed the transfer of ownership to their name. Recently, when we attempted to register our new Tata Nexon at the RTO, we were informed that the old vehicle is still listed under our name. Despite providing the RTO with all relevant invoices and documentation proving the sale, they refused to accept them and demanded an additional 2% tax.

We have contacted Cars24 multiple times regarding reimbursement for these additional taxes through request number: 1543930. However, Cars24 has been negligent in their response and has not addressed this issue.

We kindly request that you take appropriate action against Cars24 and facilitate the reimbursement of approximately 30, 000 INR (thirty thousand rupees), which includes travel expenses incurred while following up with Cars24 offices.

I was contacted by Cars24 on last Tuesday i.e. 29th August 2023.

Cars24 executive informed that there is a deal for INR 4 Lacs although it was mentioned as INR 3.85 lacs in this chat.

As per Cars24 policy, PAN Aadhar and cancelled cheques were shared for closure of the deal at INR 4 lacs.

Cars24 is not providing my registration certificate i have bought car on 08 August 2022 . They are just giving me excuse and extended date every time. When i bought my car they have promised me that the Car loan will be on reducing rate of interest. But now they are deducting my amount on fixed rate basis. When ever i call their customer support they are giving only one line they have excelated my issue but i am not getting any proper response. Please help me to resolve these issues with Cars24

CARS24 bought our car belonging to my wife (Monami Ghosh) on 28th Dec 2021 but RC is still not transferred

I purchased Honda CITY from your website and got it delivered from Lucknow Ansal Branch. the date of purchase was 17th June 2022. and according to companies policies the estimated Time for transfer of RC takes 75 days. however it has been more than 4 months and no action has been taken on this and the transfer is still pending.

however I made several queries and raise complaints and even time different excuse we made, sometimes seller party is not ready for peshi sometimes blaming the LKO RTO authority and now I got the mail that due to festivals their is the delay in work.

I sold my company car - Nokia Solutions Pvt Ltd, CLV (company lease vehicle) to Cars24 during Oct 2021. Its been now 9 months and still the RC transferred not done by Cars24.

Nokia Solution Pvt Ltd blocked my salary as RC transfer is not done in the provided grace period. I was not able to run my day today life and I have to pay my EMIs to. Nokia Solution Pvt Ltd recommend me to reach Cars24 and solve this issue ASAP; They are not ready to wait any more to have car in Nokia name and added that Cars24 Seller Protection Policy can't be used under Indian Motor Vehicle Act

I reached cars24 helpline to resolve this problem ASAP but then I am getting copy / paste message via email saying "we are working on RC Transfer" and its been more than 200 days and I don't see any update from them other than above message.

I am requesting Cars24 to do RC Transfer to new owner or transfer to there name so that I can get my salary from my company Nokia Solution Pvt Ltd.

I have sold my renault duster having numbber AP29AY3999 to Cars24 in Telangana. Cars24 have sold the same to a person lived in Andhra pradesh and RC got transferred in his name in AP RTO. But in TS RTO car is still appearing in my name.

Informed the same to Cars24 customer care, but they said their job is over, RC got transferred. They are not bother about my issue.

I m a car dealer, I bought cars from cars24, they lost 2 cars rc which I bought by them after struggle of months they paid compensation of rs 8500 for 1 car. I applied for DRC Rto office had sent it to registered owner addres now he is not interested to give me DRC and cars24 says we compensate you by amount now we r not responsible for that and second one is till pending now cars24 giving me 2500 for 2nd car DRC how it's possible to make DRC in 2500.

Dealer paid full amount of cars in advance after that suffring from months

All fault and mistake made by cars24 papers lost by them not by dealer then why should dealer suffers for that

I don't have booked any car, I don't want to sell my car, everyday I got 3, 4 calls from cars24 from other locations please I don't want unwanted calls. My mobile number is [protected].

CARS24 representatives have been calling me incessantly every day, 4-5 times a day disturbing me during random times. They even call me on weekends even on Sunday evenings.

I have informed them many times that I am not interested in selling any vehicle but I am being harassed by them.

Please help in stopping this nuisance from CARS24.

I sold my car through Cars24 GURUGRAM on 17/2/22and they withheld Rs 10000/-towards party peshi to be released within 2 months or after party peshi whichever is earlier.
They also deducted Rs 5600/- towards Pending chalaans.
Before selling my car I also checked all pending challans against my vehicle but as per my record no chalaans were due, and when I asked for copies of paid chaalans they did not provided any, despite repeated reminders.
I regularly receive reminders for party peshi at RTO Ghaziabad and as per their message I went all the way to Ghaziabad about 70 Km from my residence but no one was there for party peshi.

Repeated and regular follow-up has yielded no results hence this complaint so that any one dealing with them should be careful in advance!

I recently bought Honda Jazz from Cars 24. They sold me a defective car the engine check light came right next day after delivery. I raised ticket with car they picked up car for repair kept car with them for almost week. looks like they gutted catalytic convertor within this 5 day period and delivered it back late in the evening with engine check light still on. I raised Issue again and got checked car from my end to identify issue with...

I bought honda jazz for my wife from cars24 on 19th Nov. The very next day engine check light . I raised repair request with cars24 on 21st Nov. Cars was picked on 22nd Nov and after several followup it was returned late in evening with issue not resolved. So next day I got car checked at authorized service center and they said it's issue with o2 sensor. Cars24 reimbursed partial amount and I decided to pay remaing from my own pocket to replace at honda service center. After sensor was replaced check light came again honda diagnosed and identified that catalytic convertor is tampered the whole honey comb is missing and send me an estimate of 63k . I raised issue with cars24 to return car since its having issue right from day one. But they are making excuses for repair pickup and return not possible since it outside of 7 day trial. How can a trial period not considered if issue was identified on day one and never resolved after that ? I bought car for safety and comfort of my family but all invain only to realize that I have lost my money and mental piece.

DONT BUY CARS FROM CARS24. They are fraud, cheaters. They sell accident and repair vehicles only. They dont do insepction. They will promise you of 6-month warranty and reimbursement of 30, 000 which is fraud. They are cheaters. They sold me XUV500 with MARUTI SWIFT's Battery inside. I got fooled by them. when i got the car insepcted in the mahindra showroom, I came to know there are plenty of issues.

I was cheated by cars24 when i asked for reimbursement and repair.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD CARS24. THEY DONT RESPOND PROPERLY. THEY WILL NOT SOLVE ANY ISSUES.

I purchased scooty from Cars24 rithala branch on 25-October-2020 & paid full amount of scooty & RC transfer charges. I provided complete papers after 1 month. But even after several follow ups through call, mail & personal visit, RC has not been transferred in my name. It has been complete 1 year since the date of purchase. It has been pathetic consumer experience with Cars24. They are highly unprofessional people who care little about consumer. I will recommend everyone to stay away from this kind of company to avoid horrible experience.

Hi. I got a call from cars 24 and they asked me to fix an appointment to inspect the car. And i said i will think about it and call back. But they have been spamming me to do payment of 49 rupees. And they keep calling me and messaging me. Please make this stop. I will come to cars24 when i want to. Thanks.

Paid Rs. 4500 with supporting documents months back. No acknowledgement of even RC transfer initiation yet. EDM mall (anand vihar- buy location) branch's MANAGER AND DEALER STOPPED RESPONDING & seems partying with the money. CARS24 IS BREACHING THE TRUST with few lazy and maybe ill intentioned staff.

I sold my car through Cars24 on 1st September 2020 and against their all claims it was not so pleasant experience. Cars 24 team behavior has been completely unethical from their field executive to the manager and their call center executives. They make all commitments but don't deliver anything.

At the start, they valued my car at a decent price but later conveyed that the dealers are not ready to block funds and will assist to sell the car to a retail customer. After so much negotiation, we agreed to a price (cutting all the negotiation torture I went through). On the delivery date, no delivery challan or any such supporting document was shared.

Apart from other issues, they retained Rs9000/- towards some open challans, and to date, I have been chasing them to either share the payment receipt or refund the amount but the issue still remains unanswered.

I even escalated the matter to their promoter but no solution.

I am looking for a refund of 9000/- at the earliest.

-17th of Oct - one of cars24 agent was called me to for purchase my car with 3.25L and he insure me to provide me payment provide me immediately. I already inform him i have a loan with amount of 1, 44, 200 Rupee still he told me not to worry payment will process on same day. in the meanwhile i already fixed the deal with cardekho still i hold them and visited cars24 to sell my car but more than 4 hrs was there but they are not able to process my payment then i told them if you guys are not able to pay then i don't want to sell my car with you guys...

(1st issue Fake Commitments)

And 2nd day i called customer care and cancel my deal with cars24. And i sold my car with cardekho.
After 10 days from cars24 deposit the loan amount in my loan account which is already closed by cardekho and the amount was 1, 44, 200

(2nd issue without my concern payment transfer in my closed account)

Immediately i called cars24 customer care for this concern why they deposit that amount in my loan account i already closed my deal with cars24 on 18th of Oct even i told them you can take back from my loan account because i am not able to access that account..
After 1 month one of agent Mr. Haresh called me for return the payment i told him you guys can talk with bank to rollback your amount then he told me you please support us to get that payment..
Then i visited my lCICI for refund that amount bank was told me provide us cars24 latter with account details i ask with you cars24 agent Mr haresh to provide me concern latter with account details he provide me but with wrong account details.

(3rd Issue provide me wrong details)

ICICI bank was try to transfer into that account but due to wrong details that amount was not transfer into that account then they transfer into my account on 1st Jan. i inform Mr Haresh that amount in my account but i am busy with my personal issues not able to transfer now it will take few days.
meanwhile one more agent was connected that person name is Anuj he trying to put pressure on me with legal threaten i clearly told him i will pay once i am free from my concern event i given the date as well its 27th of Jan.
then again one more person entered that person name is Arnav he called me but i was in meeting was not able to any take calls he called one of jodhpur agent to visit my home that person was start abusing language with my family members date is 28th of Jan

(4th issue when i am coordinating one of your agent then why you visited my home and used abusing language)

meanwhile i already scheduled the payment from my accountant but i don't know that account details was wrong which is shared on that latter by default by accountant transfer only 14, 420 he missed one zero thanks to god that account no is not exist otherwise i will lost that money
i shared with screen shot with anuj and told him it’s done in your given account he told me we didn't get your account after one day he realized they provides me wrong details.
then i told them i am out of town once i reach my office i will provide you bank statement if i got return i will transfer you again please provide me your account details on mail but he provides me account details on whatsapp..

I was completely disconnected with my team i told him once i reach office i will provide you the payment because i need to check that amount is return or not..
Then Mr. Arnav find my account statement without my permeation it’s completely illegal

Now they start bed languages which is not tolerate.
I need to take the legal action for harassments even i called cars24 customer care as will for this issue please take the action for my concern

First time receptionist says you visit again in 25 minutes than we will evaluate your car after that i visit outlet after 1 hour again met with receptionist and she says you have to wait again for almost 30 minutes .
I again visit and wait for 30 minute but not get proper response
I m not satisfied and very disappointed with this kind of service

Only once in my life 3 years back I enquired about CARS24 services, since then I am receiving daily call from them asking Do you have a car to sell. I requested politely, I shown my frustration and tried to have patience for these many years, but now when I told this one girl calling from number[protected] at 4:58 pm IST (on 02/18/21) why are you calling me again and again she told me to SHUT UP.

now, not only I am never going to use services from CARS24, I am also going to tell people not to go for it. And today onwards, I will actually book an appointment every time you call me, and I will waste your time just like you do to me
By the way, I sold off my car with "First Choice", they offered better price than you, and I never got a spam call from them.

I told them not to call again in there Facebook and I used to ask every person who calls me to put my number in DND even though I used to get 2 to 3 calls everyday, it's very disturbing even at busy work shedule this calls are very disturbing . I told them many times. My mobile number [protected]
