I sold my car through Cars24 on 1st September 2020 and against their all claims it was not so pleasant experience. Cars 24 team behavior has been completely unethical from their field executive to the manager and their call center executives. They make all commitments but don't deliver anything.

At the start, they valued my car at a decent price but later conveyed that the dealers are not ready to block funds and will assist to sell the car to a retail customer. After so much negotiation, we agreed to a price (cutting all the negotiation torture I went through). On the delivery date, no delivery challan or any such supporting document was shared.

Apart from other issues, they retained Rs9000/- towards some open challans, and to date, I have been chasing them to either share the payment receipt or refund the amount but the issue still remains unanswered.

I even escalated the matter to their promoter but no solution.

I am looking for a refund of 9000/- at the earliest.

-17th of Oct - one of cars24 agent was called me to for purchase my car with 3.25L and he insure me to provide me payment provide me immediately. I already inform him i have a loan with amount of 1, 44, 200 Rupee still he told me not to worry payment will process on same day. in the meanwhile i already fixed the deal with cardekho still i hold them and visited cars24 to sell my car but more than 4 hrs was there but they are not able to process my payment then i told them if you guys are not able to pay then i don't want to sell my car with you guys...

(1st issue Fake Commitments)

And 2nd day i called customer care and cancel my deal with cars24. And i sold my car with cardekho.
After 10 days from cars24 deposit the loan amount in my loan account which is already closed by cardekho and the amount was 1, 44, 200

(2nd issue without my concern payment transfer in my closed account)

Immediately i called cars24 customer care for this concern why they deposit that amount in my loan account i already closed my deal with cars24 on 18th of Oct even i told them you can take back from my loan account because i am not able to access that account..
After 1 month one of agent Mr. Haresh called me for return the payment i told him you guys can talk with bank to rollback your amount then he told me you please support us to get that payment..
Then i visited my lCICI for refund that amount bank was told me provide us cars24 latter with account details i ask with you cars24 agent Mr haresh to provide me concern latter with account details he provide me but with wrong account details.

(3rd Issue provide me wrong details)

ICICI bank was try to transfer into that account but due to wrong details that amount was not transfer into that account then they transfer into my account on 1st Jan. i inform Mr Haresh that amount in my account but i am busy with my personal issues not able to transfer now it will take few days.
meanwhile one more agent was connected that person name is Anuj he trying to put pressure on me with legal threaten i clearly told him i will pay once i am free from my concern event i given the date as well its 27th of Jan.
then again one more person entered that person name is Arnav he called me but i was in meeting was not able to any take calls he called one of jodhpur agent to visit my home that person was start abusing language with my family members date is 28th of Jan

(4th issue when i am coordinating one of your agent then why you visited my home and used abusing language)

meanwhile i already scheduled the payment from my accountant but i don't know that account details was wrong which is shared on that latter by default by accountant transfer only 14, 420 he missed one zero thanks to god that account no is not exist otherwise i will lost that money
i shared with screen shot with anuj and told him it’s done in your given account he told me we didn't get your account after one day he realized they provides me wrong details.
then i told them i am out of town once i reach my office i will provide you bank statement if i got return i will transfer you again please provide me your account details on mail but he provides me account details on whatsapp..

(5th Issues if i ask him provide me via mail then why he provides me on whatsapp)

I was completely disconnected with my team i told him once i reach office i will provide you the payment because i need to check that amount is return or not..
Then Mr. Arnav find my account statement without my permeation it’s completely illegal

(6th issue who give him rights to access my account statements it my private entity)

Now they start bed languages which is not tolerate.
I need to take the legal action for harassments even i called cars24 customer care as will for this issue please take the action for my concern

I visit cars24 outlet at Vaishali nagar near berger farm jaipur, 2 times
First time receptionist says you visit again in 25 minutes than we will evaluate your car after that i visit outlet after 1 hour again met with receptionist and she says you have to wait again for almost 30 minutes .
I again visit and wait for 30 minute but not get proper response
I m not satisfied and very disappointed with this kind of service

Only once in my life 3 years back I enquired about CARS24 services, since then I am receiving daily call from them asking Do you have a car to sell. I requested politely, I shown my frustration and tried to have patience for these many years, but now when I told this one girl calling from number[protected] at 4:58 pm IST (on 02/18/21) why are you calling me again and again she told me to SHUT UP.

now, not only I am never going to use services from CARS24, I am also going to tell people not to go for it. And today onwards, I will actually book an appointment every time you call me, and I will waste your time just like you do to me
By the way, I sold off my car with "First Choice", they offered better price than you, and I never got a spam call from them.

I told them not to call again in there Facebook and I used to ask every person who calls me to put my number in DND even though I used to get 2 to 3 calls everyday, it's very disturbing even at busy work shedule this calls are very disturbing . I told them many times. My mobile number [protected]

Even after telling them more than a million times that I do not have a car to sell, I am getting calls everyday from their agents

Crs24 is a complete fraud company... Never believe any word of any employees of this company.

I took my four year old maruti swift to cars24 in delhi. They kept the car and said they will evaluate the car and tell me he price at which they will buy the next day. When i went there the next day, they told me the car has gone to their head office in gurugram and they will tell me the purchase price very soon. It has been 80 days since they have taken my car and not returning my car and not giving me any money. They are just making me run from pillar to post. It a fraud company... Never go to cars24

Once bitten, twice shy...but twice bitten by Cars24. I bought a used car from them, a Skoda Superb 1.8TSi Automatic. They keep boasting about 144 point check which is pure humbug. They gave 5 stars to AC of the car; turns out the AC doesnt even switch on. I said I will fix it at my cost since I liked the car. Turns out sensors and electronics, which Cars24 had rated 5 stars needed replacement. I had to foot a ₹27, 000/- bill for the AC and ₹28, 500/- for the sensors. After all this, I was restless and I sold the car. It doesn't stop here. When I was searching for my next car, I found their prices reasonable. So I expressed interest in them, they reached out to me. I told him to set up a meeting with 2 of the car sellers.He said yes. I confirmed with him before leaving home and he asked me to come to Kharghar. After I sat in the rickshaw and travelling 4km, he said that the car is in Panvel. After I reached Kharghar, he said the owner cannot meet today and the other car is unavailable. I was left on the roads during lockdown. This is their service.

Cars24 is a Fraud Company. Cars24 ek number ki Chor Company hai.

Cars24 ek number ki Chor company hai. Yeh Fraud company hai, logo ka paisa lekar bhagti hai yeh company. Token Money Rs 20, 000 vapis nahi karti yeh FRAUD company.

Inse car kabhi bhi mat kharide and na hi inko apni car beche. Yeh aapko loot lenge.

Bcos they finance car at 26% rate of interest, and they will say 12-13% before submitting the token money.

But on submission of token money of Rs 20, 000 they will say that car will be finance at 26% rate of interest. They are befooling people and looting their money. After that they will not refund your money.

It has been more than 1 month that they have not refund my money of Rs 20, 000 . Ab yeh call nahi pick kar rahe meri and na hi refund kar rahe hai money.

Attach is the payment proof i made to them of Rs 20, 000.

Ek number ki Chor company hai Cars24. Kabhi bhi car mat kharidna inse and na hi sale karna agar nuksan nahi chahte ho apna toh.

I purchased a car through cars24 in delhi on 9th oct. 2019. (Dl2cav5533). I made the full payment including the brokerage i and fee for noc as i live in chandigarh.
After about 3 weeks i was told that a challan is pending from seller side (Which should have been known to the cars24 team earlier) which led to delay in noc and later on i paid rs.1100 for a pending challan along with the challan amount of rs. 100.
Now after 3 weeks of paying the amount of challan, i still haven't received the copy of challan paid and no one has communicated to me regarding the status of noc.
Moreover the guy who was there from cars24 for this deal (Mr. Gaurav jha) is not responding.
This is very unprofessional from your team and just because of these delays i am not able to drive my car regularly as the car insurance will be transferred only when i get the new registration for the car.
I request you to look into this matter and i resolve it asap.

I am a person who was trying to sell my innova car through your cars24 app and got an appointment at edachira, kochi, kerala yesterday morning with the registered number [protected] and after reaching your office 25kms away from my residence the executive attented to my sale details is telling not to sell or evaluate in cars24 as you will not get the cost anything nearby my expectation and asked us to leave this is my first time experience from any company

It has been more than a week that i sold my honda brio mh 02 cw 7910 to your borivali west branch mumbai. The registered no. Is 99695*

It was the most painful and unprofessional experience i have had till date. I have sold cars before but unfortunately this time i tried selling it through cars24.

My car was picked up before 12 noon on 10th august 2019. The payment was promised to be credited in 36 hours and according to your contract 3-4 days. After a week i haven't received my payment.
I tried calling mr. Asif from borivali w branch who was my contact person. He doesn't answer to my calls or messages. Thereafter i tried calling the customer care since past 4 days. They tell me they have registered my complaint and then they don't do anything about it. When i ask them about how they can satisfy my concern they say they can just register my complaint.

I also complained about not getting any answer from mr. Asif, after repeated complains also i haven't got a single call back or any answer to my queries. I have simply requested a neft screenshot showing that my payment is processed. I have received that also.

I have saved all the messages and call recordings for further action against your company. It has been the most disappointing experience ever. I will urge to my friends and family not to use your services.

I request you to reply to my email and also with the status of my payment. There has been a undue delay from your side. I also request to have my vehicle back incase you are unable to keep up with your contract.

I've sold my car to cars24 sira road tumkur branch on 02/05/2019. On the same day after all the documentation process and agreeing for instant payment option they credited 1000rs to my account in the evening and told me i'll be getting the remaining balance amount by tomorrow but tomorrow when i speak to concern person at the branch they told me i'll be getting the remaining balance amount within 48hours, but it's already 5 days but they are not responding and now they are telling me that their dealer has backed off from buying my car and they tell me to refund the amount of 1000 they had credited to my account and take the car, i have even raised a complaint on there customer care number twice but they only issue a ticket (Ticket no:105806) and tell me our team will resolve the issue but till date no one has even respond or contacted me on the issue, it is your companys issue so you can not fraud customers in broad day light, im going to file a case in consumer court

Cars24 one guy calling on my number he said are u looking to sell any car after that they offering to book an appointment for free but i said im not a rc owner of that car he said your car will be sale in cars24 and he booked my appointment then i visited at cars24 for branch and i just waste 4-5 hour of my day then i call that person he said i will not connect to cars24 branch that time i shock end i thing what kind of company car24 all the process is fake and they offered me worst price... After that they said their is no require of owner signature... I worst company really dont book any appointment..

Rubbish company. Especially Lajpat Nagar New Delhi branch. They will entice you with a good price and there starts the game. No RC transfer, no payments coming in. I sold my car 8 months ago. They transferred 5000 as token, another 25 as second instalment, about 2 in the next and then the true colours. They kept holding the balance payment on some pretext. DO NOT GO TO THEM. TRUST ANYONE WHO MAKES PAYMENT IN ONE GO.

I'm disgusted with this so called brainless and brain-dead cars24 company people who couldn't stop sending sms to my mobile even after repeated correspondence and verbal communication through phone to their so called customer service, every time i call them up the answer which i got was
"we regret for inconvenience caused and would take up the issue on priority basis and have raised a complaint in this regard to the concerned department and will not receive further communications" but the same thing continues the next day itself.
I don't know is it rocket science for these people to stop sending the sms? Are u r people and company so incompetent to address petty issues?
If you cannot stop sms even after 2 years of communication, what sort of transactions we can expect from you?
Hope this time at least it hasn't fallen on deaf ears, and serious action is taken to protect the consumers right.
