[Resolved]  Cars24 — Cars24 - pune - fraudulent/overcharging for transfer charges

When buying a car from Cars24 in Pune, you get a hefty charge of Rs. 10, 000 as transfer charges.

I have paid the charge because I felt the transfer will be hassle free, to my dismay, the car has been transferred but my mobile number has not been updated at the Pune RTO

This is when I realized this a scheme to extort more money from the buyer of the car.

On contacting Cars24 support, each ticket opened is repeatedly getting closed by the same support team executive Mr. Karan Mittal, he seems to be in charge over there and is able to not allow any escalation by closing each ticket

Pune RTO is on strike, so how did you manage to transfer the car and if you managed to transfer the car how did you leave out the mobile number updation

I cannot understand why cars24 charged me Rs. 10, 000 for car transfer and cannot resolve this issue

I cannot order my HSRP number plate for my car nor can I download the digital RC

If they cannot resolve this issue, return my transfer charges!
