Cars24 — False commitments, unethical behaviour, incorrect deductions

I sold my car through Cars24 on 1st September 2020 and against their all claims it was not so pleasant experience. Cars 24 team behavior has been completely unethical from their field executive to the manager and their call center executives. They make all commitments but don't deliver anything.

At the start, they valued my car at a decent price but later conveyed that the dealers are not ready to block funds and will assist to sell the car to a retail customer. After so much negotiation, we agreed to a price (cutting all the negotiation torture I went through). On the delivery date, no delivery challan or any such supporting document was shared.

Apart from other issues, they retained Rs9000/- towards some open challans, and to date, I have been chasing them to either share the payment receipt or refund the amount but the issue still remains unanswered.

I even escalated the matter to their promoter but no solution.

I am looking for a refund of 9000/- at the earliest.
