I'm disgusted with this so called brainless and brain-dead cars24 company people who couldn't stop sending sms to my mobile even after repeated correspondence and verbal communication through phone to their so called customer service, every time i call them up the answer which i got was
"we regret for inconvenience caused and would take up the issue on priority basis and have raised a complaint in this regard to the concerned department and will not receive further communications" but the same thing continues the next day itself.
I don't know is it rocket science for these people to stop sending the sms? Are u r people and company so incompetent to address petty issues?
If you cannot stop sms even after 2 years of communication, what sort of transactions we can expect from you?
Hope this time at least it hasn't fallen on deaf ears, and serious action is taken to protect the consumers right.
