I bought Ford Figo vehicle from cars24, Bachupally Hub, Hyderabad, Telangana. Before buying the vehicle, I did inform the issues observed and requested cars24 team (Charan, Bachupally Sales Manager) to have a thorough check.
After the car is delivered, I noticed many sever performance issues and now I do not want to keep the car and return it back. But due to their policies (RC transfer reduces 15% of invoice value upon return, once warranty claimed the car becomes ineligible for return) which weren't shared by their team (Charan, Bachupally Sales Manager) I am being charged for returning the vehicle. When the issue is from cars24 and their team for selling a faulty vehicle, why should be the customer at loss for their poor deliverance. It has been a very traumatic experience. I have shared the same to their care-team, but they do not respond to mails. Can someone suggest how this situation can be handled. I am facing a huge loss of money and time.
