Cars24 — Ownership and rc not yet transferred after 180 days

Further, at the time of selling my car to CARS24, they had assured that ownership and RC would be transfer by 180days from the date of handover my car to them, as I had delivered my car on 23 January 2021 and till date Registration certificate transfer is pending and it is in my name.

Please send me confirmation and assurance that my Alto LXI DL9CR4524 is in your inventory and safe in your custody.
