Cars24 — Party peshi Holdback amount not released even after RC transfer and 120days over as per policy,multiple times called but no resolu

Partypeshi holdback amount not released even after RCtransfer and already 120days over as per policy of cars 24 even after emailing and complaining.

Multiple calls done on autonaut . No one speaks over Callback arranged from holdback team and call is automatically cut within 10 seconds. After multiple calls finally one complaint is registered assurance of 24 to 48 hours given but no resolution done. Same story repeated after again emailing and calling in autonaut.
No resolution done ONLY 24 TO 48HOURS OF REASSURANCES PROVIDED. No amount released.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH CARS24. WON'T BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE .
