Cars24 — Physical RC Not Delivered After 75 days of purchase

I have Purchased a Car from Cars24 on 7th August, Generally company claimed to handover the transfered RC copy in 30-45 Days. But now it is more than 75 Days and company has not giving any specific delay reason or clear update.

Generally RTO takes only 3-4 working days for RC transfer and physical RC handover. I have paid around 8000 for this process to Cars24.

I am unable to process fasttag and have to pay double toll and parking charges as well as facing difficulty in apartment check In and check out
