I sold my car to Cars24 on July 7, 2024, and have been trying to get the ownership transfer completed ever since. Despite repeatedly contacting their support team via emails and raising multiple tickets, I’ve received no concrete response or update on the matter. Each time I call their toll-free number[protected], I have to explain my issue from scratch, only to be told that the team is "working on it" and that they will highlight my concern for quicker resolution. However, over a year has passed, and I’ve seen no progress or urgency in addressing my issue. This constant back-and-forth with no real solution is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on their customer service. It’s unacceptable that something as basic as an ownership transfer is taking this long, and I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of accountability from Cars24.
