Cars24 Services — Booking id -1bb4d7 refund rc transfer charges of 6000/- and 10, 000/- hold back for vehicle returned and not transferred

Hi,

I recently bought a Renault Duster 2018, diesel Automatic KA from Cars24, Gandhinagar, Bangalore in July 2025 for 6, 94, 672'- booking ID 1BB4D7. However, I returned back the vehicle within 10 days as I didn't like the car and the ownership was not transferred. However, the car was valued at a lesser price of 6, 16, 660 and a service charge of 7000/- was charged twice for a matter of 9 days and 165 kms only driven.
Raising this issue to cars24 and help me get a better valuation and refund the transfer charges of 6000/- and holdback of 10000/- as the vehicle was not transferred to my name. The vehicle is intact and expecting a better valuation as I have lost 94K in a matter of 9 days.
