[Resolved] Cars24 Services — Token Amount Refund - Fraud Transaction

On 17th May I booked ford EcoSport at the Gandhinagar hub in Bangalore with a refundable token amount of rs 3000 with the sales agent confirming that the amount will be refunded within 30min if i do not wish proceed with the booking.

I did not proceed with the vehicle and raised a refund request from car24 app on 18th and its more than 25 days, I am still waiting for the refund with each call asking me to wait for another 24-hr.

I was given a detail with the amount was refunded but the amount was sent to different number than the one i transacted. Possibility of a manipulation of number in the backend?

Amount was credited after a week of followup only to know that the call center and the hub agent do not have any co-ordination and there is no escalation channels
