One of the executive named Ankit from head office called and asked for Listing the car in their add and provided a confirmation that car will get sold to them and took 1180Rs as fees. In fact, this was just to list the car in advertisement and not an actual sale....

Cars24 Services — Initiating and Generating credit report without consent

On 3rd-Feb-2025, cars24 inspection team came to my place Madurai and inspected my car as i want to sell it.

Post inspection they said that they will check and update the price of the car.
I did not provide my PAN or Aadhar card number.

Listed my car on Cars24 app after making a payment of Rs. 944/- (incl GST @ 18%) on 25.11.2025. The listing was done in order to make an advertisement on the app for the purpose of sale of car to prospective buyers. Several offers were also received which were in process of negotiation till 16.12.2025. I had recieved a call from Cars24 that If i pay 15000+GST. Then cars 24 will sell my car with in 1 month with the price of RS 5, 57000. Also I had recieve a mail from Mr. Nirbhay regarding the process. Its been more then 1 month till not I have mailed 7 reminders no one is replying.

RC transfer pending from Cars24, sold our car on 8june 2023. I have seen other cases online where police arrived on sellers house as RC was in his name, Transfer the RC asap to your own name. Car number : HR05AT2848.

On 17th May I booked ford EcoSport at the Gandhinagar hub in Bangalore with a refundable token amount of rs 3000 with the sales agent confirming that the amount will be refunded within 30min if i do not wish proceed with the booking.

I did not proceed with the vehicle and raised a refund request from car24 app on 18th and its more than 25 days, I am still waiting for the refund with each call asking me to wait for another...

A loan was active on the vehicle at that time so, I settled that loan and sold the car, however, since NOC is processed after 15-20 days, an amount of Rs. 5000 was holded by your company in lieu of NOC, though I provided No dues slip duly signed by the bank.
