I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service experience I had yesterday after receiving my car following the 1, 000 km service.
Before handing over the car, the alignment was perfectly fine. However, after the service, I noticed the alignment is now off and the vehicle is pulling to the right side, which clearly indicates improper handling or adjustment.
Additionally, the car wash was done very poorly and is not acceptable for a paid service. We trusted your team to carry out all works professionally, especially since we paid for the service, but unfortunately, nothing was done properly.
This raises serious concerns about the quality of work performed on the rest of the vehicle during the service. If such basic tasks were handled carelessly, how can we trust that the rest of the service was done correctly?
