Cars24 Services — Price increase and not showing the correct payable amount after paid the token amount

I Have booked for xvu 300 w (o) model for 9.59 after some price drop in the cars 24 app. I have connected with one of the sales person and enquired about the price drop. They said yes there is a price drop and you can get max price including service cost, rc transfer and insurance at the final price of 993000. By trusting all these words Paid the token amount of 25 thousand rupees. After token amount paid I can see more 50k were added to the final price which is not at all accepted. After discussing about this they said we can't give you at that price and on top of it If I cancel the booking they will charge cancellation fee of 5000 rs. This makes me feel get tensioned and they are cheating. Please help in resolving this complaint.
