Cars24 Services — RC ownership not transferred for the car sold to cars24

My car, a Hyundai I10 bearing the reg no DL3CBZ6518 was sold in 2023 to CARS24 and with all necessary clearance supported by sale documents provided by CARS24.

I have received call from car dealer and whom the car has been said to be sold to informing that his car ownership has not been transferred yet to him and the ownership is still with my name. The person called me up and confirming his identity as Mr. Gagan who has bought this Hyundai I10 car from OLX Reg NO DL3CBZ6518.

The CAR ownership has not been transferred to the owner they sold to yet and how this has still shown as the ownership in my name while the car has been sold to CARS24? Being such a professional company, it was expected that due process must have been completed in order to make sure the owner sold to CARS24 should not get responsible at any point of time later used by others.

Please be noted that as my car was sold to cars24, I am not responsible for any kind of damage made by any user used my car at any point of time.
