Cars24 Services — RC transfer pending for 2+ years

RC transfer pending from Cars24, sold our car on 8june 2023. I have seen other cases online where police arrived on sellers house as RC was in his name, Transfer the RC asap to your own name. Car number : HR05AT2848.
Do it asap or we will need to take extreme measures.
