    We sold our car Maruti Suzuki Eco (CG 04- JF 4592) to Cars24. We were promised a selling rate if INR 130, 000, we were paid 120, 00 while selling the car and were promised INR 10, 000 during party peshi. However it's been almost a month and the RC transfer has not taken place, and our money is stuck. Need help.

      Urgent: RC Transfer Not Completed by Cars24

      RC transfer pending though 4 years 9 months are over

      I sold my car (Maruti Alto) to Cars24 on 25-Jan-2020. They promised that everything will be taken care by them on time. But more than 4 years 9 months are over. Still RC transfer status of my car is pending and showing my name as owner.

      Car rc not transferred since jan 2023 till date

      I sold my Renault Duster (AP28DT6871) to Cars 24 in the month of January 2023, and I still find that the RC is on my name. I called your customer support multiple times and was informed that the RC transfer would happen within 6 months (max). The customer support also mentioned that in case the car is not sold by July, then the RC will be transferred to Cars 24. They didn't transfer in spite of regular follow-ups.

      I sold my car thru Cars24 Tathwade, Pune on 31st July 2024
      While taking tthe car, I had one challan of Rs 2000 for which the outlet representative asked me to pay Rs 4100 to their RTO agent including his charges. I paid this money.
      Despite of this, Cars** withheld Rs 2000 while making payment to me.

      Their RTO agent who I transferred 4100 has till date has not cleared the challan. He and Cars24 outlet members do not respond to my calls and messages. The customer who bought my car is following up with the cars24 agent as well without any success. Unless the challan is cleared they cannot get my car transferred in their name. So right now the car is still in my name and is being driven by the customer..

        Not delivering the Chassis plate of my car

        It has been more than 5 months when i have sold my car and according to the policy of CARS24 my chassis plate to be shipped after 2 month of car selling oeriod i have waited for 2 months noe from last 3 months I am telling them to deliver my chassis plate but they are not getting it delivered to me and make laim reasons and giving the automated replies....

        Dear Cars24 Team,

        As mentioned above, we have purchased HONDA CRV 2.0L 2WD MT, KA22N7529, App ID [protected] and sold this car to our customer.

        ISSUE:-
        We are unable to process RTO work due to Manual NOC was issued from Belagavi RTO to Bangalore RTO but not mentioned in the app, also the seller is not available for partipeshi. We have returned Original RC, NOC, and setforms to Cars24 employee Mr.Dhananjay fot RTO process, since 3 months nothing has been resolved. RTO Agent Mr. Veeresh.

        We want an immediate solution for this issue or else we will return this car to Cars24, kindly refund the amount.

        Note:-
        * Nowhere mentioned in the App NOC was issued, based on that report we had purchased the car, we have taken a screenshot,
        * We have sold this car to our customer, If the RTO process is getting delayed from you, if vehicle met with an accident we & our customer are not responsible for any kind of legal consequences.

          Respected sir,
          I am writing this to express my disappointments with the service I recieved from cars24. on march 8 2024, I purchased a ford ecosport 2015 KL07CF2070 vehicle from cars24 from kakkanad, kochi hub. I gave downpayment approximately near 1 lakh and paid 3 month emi. next 2nd july 4th emi will come arround 16000/-. nearly 10000 goes to interest only.6000 rupees only goes to the principal amount.
          After taking the car from cars24 unfortunately I experienced some issues like oil replacement, car key batery low, parking not available, breaksystem malfunctioned, hill assistant not available on screen.
          I reported this issue with the manager Mr. renjith within 2 days. but that time his response was they forget to erase the errors. no need to worry about it. its easy to remove from a local workshop nearest by us. I again confirm that is there any fault with the vehicle? But he told like that the vehicle have no complaints. they forget to erase that. at that time we believe him and cars24 also. because the cars 24 promising that its come after 140 quality checkups and all.
          After some time the errors go on. my father have not wel. he sicked by parkinsons. he cant wakeup or move without help. my wife also pregnant 5 months. we took this car for our hospital purpose also. but now we have no use of this car.
          Again sometimes the same indication comes in car. finally when we travelled from walayar to mannarkkad in dashbord showing some red and orange sulymbols.
          We stop the car suddenly and call for road assistance to cars24. at that time we realize that road assistance also not activated in our car. We again call mr renjith. but he told us he is in a function. will call back. we again try to start vehicle slowely the indications are gone. we came to home. next day I tried to start vehicle same indication comes in dashboard. but I didnt have any time to do something with the car at that situation. because my father was admitted in pims hospital walayar. after 1 month he is admitted in kmch coimbatore. so I dont have enough time to look the cars problem.

          After discharge from the hospital again I called renjith. but at that time he resigned from cars24. then he gave another number. but that number was switched off. we call 2 to 3 days in same number. but that switched off.
          Finally we show this nearest ford service centre perinthalmanna. they checked the vehicle and inform us after 2 days the abs module have the complaint. the cost arrount 55-60k including service charge. he told us normally abs module have no chace to get complain 99.9%. its may be already have before.
          Then we call another executive in cars 24 wjo is done our loan procedures. we tell the issue with him. he passed the call with another person. one of the mechanic side. the mechanic blamed the ford service centre they are trying to cheat us. he recommended to show the car with a nearest workshop. we did that. they also scanned the car and inform us the abs module failure.
          We again call lots of time with the cars24 executive. he give us another manager number after 2 days. mr. akshay. we contact him. and tell the issue. finally he escalate the issue with customer service in cars24.
          One of the executive call back and ask about the problem.
          Today also done another executive with a conferance call with the manager and ford service centre. after all of this calls and mails I didnt get a proper solution.
          Once you can take back the vehicle without affecting my money and cibil.
          I am fedup with your sevice. I dont want the car. because I took this car for our hospital purpose. yesterday my wife have not well. at mid night need to go hospital. rain also. I am geting verymuch trouble to get a vehicle at that time. so I dont want your useless vehicle.

            I have purches car for cars24 on 01 april 2024 after 2 months i want to sell this cars so i visit their store on 9 june 2024 they have inspect the car & telling us that u have recived a call form compny for best price after 2 or 3 days compny offer me only very low price i have purches car from cars 24 & it's only 60 days old now they said their is no value of this car when we buy this car they told us that when ever we sell this car we have very recive great price form cars 24

                Dear Finance Team,

                I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my car loan account with Cars 24. Despite diligently paying my EMIs on time, it has come to my attention that there has been a blatant failure on your part to update my repayment status to the CIBIL bureau.

                This negligence is not only affecting my credit score but also casting doubt on your professionalism and commitment to your customers. It is unacceptable that my efforts to maintain a good credit standing are being undermined by your incompetence.

                I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect you to rectify the situation without any further delay and ensure that all necessary updates are made to the CIBIL bureau to accurately reflect my timely payments.

                Failure to address this issue promptly will force me to escalate this matter through appropriate channels and seek legal recourse for the damage caused to my creditworthiness.

                I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

                  Recently I have purchase an Old Car from CARS24 with extended warranty of 1year but with in 3-4 days of running Iwas facing multiple issues with the car
                  1.Car is switching off when slows down.
                  2.Horn was not working
                  3.AC cooling is not proper.
                  I had logged the complaint for the above issues and there technical team member had picked the car from my home .As due to official work Ihad taken the car to Jaipur so that it will tested also but while returning there were some more issues arises
                  1.AC Blower Motor stops working.
                  2.Pickup of the car is suddenly getting down.
                  3RPM meter stops working.
                  When I talk to there technical team member regarding this they told me to logged the complaint again as these are the different issue.
                  After logging the call there technical team member had visited my place and checked the car and told the below report
                  1.Pickup problem is may be due to clutch plates which is not covered in the warrany
                  2.RPM meter is not covered in the warranty
                  As company is claiming that they are selling there cars only after 100% certification but in my case its not looks like that.Iwant my car to be repaired free of cost or else provide me another car.

                    10k hold back amount not released

                    Hi I have sold my car AP20AN3969 to Cars24 recently, my original RC was not there as it was undelivered, for that they said we will hold 10, 000 and will be released once RC copy is received, later I went to rto office and collected original undelivered RC and handed over to this car dealer, now they are not even responding for release of 10k, Please help me in getting back 10k which they hold....

                    Rc transfer pending since 3 years

                    I sold my car to cars24 on may 2021.
                    till date i.e 29/04/2024 three years down the line, RC TRANSFER has not taken place and the car is running on roads on my name.
                    after infinite follow ups to cars24, they have failed to solve the issue and are just dodging around.

                    After car scrap not providing necessary documents after three months

                    I handed over my Santro car for scrap to Cars 24 on 29th Jan 2024. After multiple follow-ups, the Cars 24 team is not providing the chassis plate, certificate of deposit, and scrap letter, which the Cars 24 representative agreed to provide through their operations team. I have already raised this issue with cars24 customer care.
