I sold my car (Maruti Alto) to Cars24 on 25-Jan-2020. They promised that everything will be taken care by them on time. But more than 4 years 9 months are over. Still RC transfer status of my car is pending and showing my name as owner.

I sold my Renault Duster (AP28DT6871) to Cars 24 in the month of January 2023, and I still find that the RC is on my name. I called your customer support multiple times and was informed that the RC transfer would happen within 6 months (max). The customer support also mentioned that in case the car is not sold by July, then the RC will be transferred to Cars 24. They didn't transfer in spite of regular follow-ups.

Hi I have sold my car AP20AN3969 to Cars24 recently, my original RC was not there as it was undelivered, for that they said we will hold 10, 000 and will be released once RC copy is received, later I went to rto office and collected original undelivered RC and handed over to this car dealer, now they are not even responding for release of 10k, Please help me in getting back 10k which they hold....

I handed over my Santro car for scrap to Cars 24 on 29th Jan 2024. After multiple follow-ups, the Cars 24 team is not providing the chassis plate, certificate of deposit, and scrap letter, which the Cars 24 representative agreed to provide through their operations team. Sold the car to cars24 on 19 May 2022 and was expecting the RC should be transferred within 15 days but it's about 1.5 years now. I received multiple challans of overspeeding after that for which I am not liable. I put lot of escalation mail and chaser but no response. It need to be done asap....

Hi,
I got my car inspected and the offer was made. But I did not received any token amount. Now I have changed my mind and do not want to sell the car. The cars24 executive is asking for 1000 INR to cancel the deal, where as, I din not received any document mentioning the cancelation charges, neither I was informed that there will be any cancellation charges.

There is no customer care number available where I can escalate...

On 15th November I visited Cars24 Undri Pune, to check out some used cars that I wanted to buy.
Before Test drive they asked some basic questions like whether I would buy the car in cash or will take finance (Loan). I mentioned I will go with finance option.

My Car Registed No: KA53ME9167 was sold to Cars24, collected same on 28th May.
RC Hypothication documents needs to be collected same needs to be Transfered.

They needs to pay me around Rs 27000/- and which not being payed by Cars24 and RC Documents not being collected to transfer.
