I am writing this to express my disappointments with the service I recieved from cars24. on march 8 2024, I purchased a ford ecosport 2015 KL07CF2070 vehicle from cars24 from kakkanad, kochi hub. I gave downpayment approximately near 1 lakh and paid 3 month emi. next 2nd july 4th emi will come arround 16000/-. nearly 10000 goes to interest only.6000 rupees only goes to the principal amount.
After taking the car from cars24 unfortunately I experienced some issues like oil replacement, car key batery low, parking not available, breaksystem malfunctioned, hill assistant not available on screen.
I reported this issue with the manager Mr. renjith within 2 days. but that time his response was they forget to erase the errors. no need to worry about it. its easy to remove from a local workshop nearest by us. I again confirm that is there any fault with the vehicle? But he told like that the vehicle have no complaints. they forget to erase that. at that time we believe him and cars24 also. because the cars 24 promising that its come after 140 quality checkups and all.
After some time the errors go on. my father have not wel. he sicked by parkinsons. he cant wakeup or move without help. my wife also pregnant 5 months. we took this car for our hospital purpose also. but now we have no use of this car.
Again sometimes the same indication comes in car. finally when we travelled from walayar to mannarkkad in dashbord showing some red and orange sulymbols.
We stop the car suddenly and call for road assistance to cars24. at that time we realize that road assistance also not activated in our car. We again call mr renjith. but he told us he is in a function. will call back. we again try to start vehicle slowely the indications are gone. we came to home. next day I tried to start vehicle same indication comes in dashboard. but I didnt have any time to do something with the car at that situation. because my father was admitted in pims hospital walayar. after 1 month he is admitted in kmch coimbatore. so I dont have enough time to look the cars problem.
After discharge from the hospital again I called renjith. but at that time he resigned from cars24. then he gave another number. but that number was switched off. we call 2 to 3 days in same number. but that switched off.
Finally we show this nearest ford service centre perinthalmanna. they checked the vehicle and inform us after 2 days the abs module have the complaint. the cost arrount 55-60k including service charge. he told us normally abs module have no chace to get complain 99.9%. its may be already have before.
Then we call another executive in cars 24 wjo is done our loan procedures. we tell the issue with him. he passed the call with another person. one of the mechanic side. the mechanic blamed the ford service centre they are trying to cheat us. he recommended to show the car with a nearest workshop. we did that. they also scanned the car and inform us the abs module failure.
We again call lots of time with the cars24 executive. he give us another manager number after 2 days. mr. akshay. we contact him. and tell the issue. finally he escalate the issue with customer service in cars24.
One of the executive call back and ask about the problem.
Today also done another executive with a conferance call with the manager and ford service centre. after all of this calls and mails I didnt get a proper solution.
Once you can take back the vehicle without affecting my money and cibil.
I am fedup with your sevice. I dont want the car. because I took this car for our hospital purpose. yesterday my wife have not well. at mid night need to go hospital. rain also. I am geting verymuch trouble to get a vehicle at that time. so I dont want your useless vehicle.
