Cars24 Services — Unauthorized delisting of paid car advertisement

Listed my car on Cars24 app after making a payment of Rs. 944/- (incl GST @ 18%) on 25.11.2025. The listing was done in order to make an advertisement on the app for the purpose of sale of car to prospective buyers. Several offers were also received which were in process of negotiation till 16.12.2025. But on 16.12.2025, the said car advertisement has been delisted from the application without any intimation to the customer causing loss on account of forgone opportunity to sell my vehicle to buyers with which negotiations were going on as on 16.12.2025. Also, no new offer has been received as yet since delisting of car. No communication or opportunity has been provided to customer before delisting. Several email communications have been made to the customer care on "[protected]@cars24.com" for clarifying the unauthorized delisting and restore the advertisement, but unfortunately no resolution has been provided yet. Therefore, it is requested to register a complaint for unethical business practices by the company and to impose an appropriate fine over the company for such an unethical fraudulent practice of extorting money in lieu of promising advertisement services. Communications made to cars24 in order to restore the delisting will be provided during the hearing of the complaint.
