            I would like to cancel my order within 24 hours. But there have been no replies to my mail, no one answers my calls either.
            The order details are in the attached screenshot.

            Due to this unnecessary delay i do not want to have to pay cancellation charges.

            There are no instructions on the website on how to cancel an order, and there is no help through customer care either.

            I want to cancel my order immediately!

                I ordered an iphone xs max battery charger case. They haven't delivered it, so i cancelled it. They said they will refund my money one week ago and i still haven't received a refund. Everyday i call them up and someone new picks up and tells me that we will initiate the refund by today evening and they don't. I have never experienced such pathetic service.

                  I have purchased dell laptop through patym in the month of may and every thing was good, now after 3 months ms office i. E excell, word, ppt, etc are asking me to reactivate licence or buy,,.. Can u please tell why the issue is?                       The above mentioned laptop battery was ordered through ebay {ref.. No.26075}. But you delivered a different one, model l800 through fedex, by invioce no.299610 dated 09/12/2017. It got charged in my laptop to 87%only showed fully charged but my laptop cannot be opened with this battery alone. It is not charging further. So this battery is not functioning in my laptop. My laptop is toshiba satellite c50-a p0010 and the original battery was toshiba model no. Pa5109u-1brs pabrs rating 10.8=4800mah. As per the ebay guarentee it should be replaced. If not the money paidshould be refunded.
                      I have already registered this compaint to [protected]@cart2india.com but no reply has not yet been received by me. Kindly give me a positive reply.

                        I have purchased a mobile phone moto e3 power on 18 th may which i delivered on 27 th of may and as per their policy of fualty product I have placed a request on 2 th May and A technical engineer came and found it faulty on 3rd june and then I get A confirmation that Mobile will replaced on or before 8 th june. When it doesn't deliver I Called to customer care today and what they said they dont have approval fron tecnical engineer and It will resolved on 13june. It being a month and My money is blocked from the month and I can not used my phone and When I talked about the refund she ( gunjan) said "there is no refund and do what ever you want to do, its your wish"

                          I got 2.3 ghz processor instead of 2.8 ghz which is mention in amazon website.

                          I have ordered dell vostro-15 i5-6200u/.. Laptop from amazon on 8 nov. 2016. Order sold by is cart2india. At website they show 2.8ghz processor in product and feature window. But when i received my order and see laptop details it is 2.3ghz processor. Moreover, i have tried to return or replace steps from amazon but they reflect me to technical dell support center contact details and step finish. When i call to dell they said they never direct sell laptops on amazon. Now, how can i replace or return that product. Is it not a fraud that mention dell contact for return? I wish i can solve my issue here.

                            Please refer my message above dt 11.8.2016. I am so exasperated and regret to say that i have been cheated by the seller.
                            Namely, cart2usa2014 (Cart 2 india.com). The item supplied by them viz, "car security anti-theft steering wheel lock 18 l w/2 keys"
                            Is not the one i expect. Firstly, the quality is disgustingly sub-standard as it does not commensurate with the high price of rs.3470/- charged.

                            Secondly, it is not a branded product, leave aside a usa made or imported item. Thirdly, this same product is quoted by other sellers at a price of not more than rs.500/- i want the above seller to take it back the substandard matrerial supplied to me and refund back my money within 10 days time. If the supplier fail to refund within the said stipulated time, i will be compelled to seek legal assistant in the matter.

                                It is about the shopping experience with cart2india. the reason leaving feedback over here is the limitation of msg size accepted by Amazon platform. overall shopping experience with cart2indiaSLP was skeptical. "no confidance at all". "Kuzy AntiGlare screen protection" item booked on 4 Sep2015 expected delivery was 16-25Sep, seller requested on 18Sep to wait for 3-5days. got an email Sep26 saying item handover to local courier with tracking id xxxxxx. On oct1 Amazon email saying it is assumed that you have received this item. called local courier and found that xxxxxx is invalid. Track down the office location and physically went there and 15-20 guys/girls in AC office with grade A facilities doing the shipment mgmt. Now while wrting I got the assurance of 4 business days you would receive the item. LETS SEE THEM. +[protected] [protected]@cart2india.com 2nd Floor, No.12 Sanjeevappa Layout, 10th E Cross, Nagvarapalya, CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore Inshort be carefull when purchasing from cart2india (they are not cheating but they want to make more money for the overseas orders) Amazon needs some kind of monitoring machenism for "out of zone" buyer and seller.                                   Hello everyone, Everyone purchasing online should use social media to share our experience to make ourselves staying away from bad sellers and cheaters. This cart2india (Cart2usa) gave me the worst experience. I made a purchase on ebay from this seller with paisapay id [protected]. It was a charger for asus tf101. The product listing showed it is compatible for tf101. I also asked them a question whether it is compatible or not again. They said yes. I ordered it on 5/12/14 and you wont believe it was delivered on 29/12/2014. The worst part is it is not compatible. I was shocked to see that they have edited the product description and removed tf101 from compatibility list. When i contacted their customer care, the didnot attend the call. Then i filed a claim in ebay paisapay guaratee. Then they gave a mail to provide me my bank details for refund. Meanwhile ebay customer care executive said that they are processing refund and not to contact or respond seller. I gave negative feedback for this seller on ebay. After seeing the negative feedback, cart2usa customer care executive called me and she spoke in very unprofessional manner and she laughed for unknown reasons. She disconnected and called again told she laughed as they were celebrating a birthday party which was false. She dint spoke in a nice manner. I did not hear such a stupid call anywhere. Moreover she asked me to remove negative feedback. This is the worst e commerce experience. O the lesson is 'if you somewhere see a word 'cart2usa' or cart2india' in any shopping sites, you should be very careful. You can get the same product anywhere but not from them. I think u can understand my frustration and my pain from this post. This was made to make e-commmerce platform better by kicking worst sellers out. Thank you

                                  Never buy from cart2india, cart2usa, they are very big cheaters!!!
                                  I also had very bad experience with them. They ardvertised on ebay: http://www.ebay.in/itm/[protected]?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p398... about 2X4 Way Multi Socket Auto Car Cigarette Lighter Splitter USB Plug AdapterCharger. Firstly this tem costs from Rs400 to Rs1, 000 from other sellers. But they price was Rs2, 538.90 and I thought the quality is exceptionally good, so I ordered from them. The order supposed to have 2 pieces of the same item as described. When I received the order, I did not open it the same time, trusting them by mistake. Weeks after, when I open the box it was only one piece of the said item and mentioned clearly on the invoice! I called them and they requested me to email them. After my email, they responded saying that according to their company policies I had to notify them within 7 working days after receiving the item. This terms and conditions were never mentioned on either their ebay listing or on the invoice. Even though, the details on their side showed that they sent me only one peice, which they agreed, but they refused to correct their mistake by shipping the missing item in the order that I fully paid for.

                                  I ordered a pair of garden shears from Amazon, supplied by Cart2India but the product delivered to me was a complete fake and a locally manufactured item, totally unlike what is advertised on website. DONT GET FOOLED BY PICTURES ON AMAZON. ITS A SCAM. The icing on the cake is that Cart2India called me trying to convince me to withdraw my feedback on Amazon, else they would not process my refund !

                                    Cart2india and ebay.in are duping customers by non delivery of products, fake products and no refunds.

                                    There is increasing doubts in minds of netizens and online shoppers that cart2india and ebay are same company. while there are very few compnains agaisnt indian sellers on ebay there a million complains against so called international shippers like cart2india on ebay.

                                    This is the modus operandi to dupe:
                                    1) will list a product at competetive price and customers buys a product
                                    2) for international shipping the time line is 15 days. they will sit tight for 15 days, on last day ask for extension and you give extension.
                                    3) then on last day of extension they will give a fake tracking id of chronos courier to circumvent ship or refund clause of paisa pay.
                                    4) you wait for 15 days more, and there is no delivery.
                                    5) you raise refund request on ebay
                                    6) seller or ebay on behalf of seller places a hold request.
                                    7) then seller will suppy a fake pod saying this is the delivery proof.
                                    8) you shout at ebay customer care after buring your telephone bill for 30 minutes and 5 tries
                                    9) nothing happens as refund executive will say that seller has given a pod, with fake sign etc, your claim gets rejected.
                                    10) you now have to go to court for the meagre amount, say rs[protected]

                                    This is running on since last 2 years and the seller is not banned. somebody told me, this company is owned in benami b ebay people like many other such benami sellers on ebay.

                                        I've ordered the ipod touch 3g lcd replacement screen on 24 oct 11. On 14 nov 11 its was delivered to me. I opened and embarrassed to that the product was damaged. I've called them and asked about the damage, they told me to take pictures of that product and send that product back via postal services. So i did as they mentioned. It took a week to reach them, after they got the product they told me that it might take 2 weeks for replacement
                                        O i waited there is no reply after two weeks i've called them, they told due to some technical problem we are unable to do it quick so it will be resolved soon. So i asked them when can i get the product they told it will be resolved soon, the same story was told for 3 months. After 3 months i've called them and asked about the product they told it cannot be resolved and they will refund the money. But i didn't get any of my money back. I've asked them to show the proofs that they've refunded it... They didn't.
