    This is really bad. I submitted my claim on 14th october 2019. And jeeves promise me to repair it and i will get my mobile within 10 days.
    Its 6th november 2019 still they don't have any answer they told me every time to wait for 48 hours.
    So many times i called them but nothing happen. Their senior executive is denied to talk with me.
    It's really pathetic service by jeeves.
    Is that how they treat their customers by making fools.
    It's been almost one month. And i still don't have any update from your side.
    You liars.

      I have purchase a protection plan for my mobile Intex Cloud tread after taking a protection plan my phone has been made with the liquid damage I have raised a complaint against that in warranty Asia then they told me to send all the bill of repairing of my mobile phone I have send them all papers like Aadhaar number bank details copy of bill and copy of protection plan I have raised the issue in October and I have send all the documents in October whenever I call in there customer care they told me that the process will take around 1 to 2 months but till now I have not received my money I have raise a claim of 1400 rupees when I call in their customer care number now it has been switched off always

        Hi Team, I got my phone insured from the company for Physical damage and Theft. I have I phone6 and its screen was damaged and as Apple care do not repair handsets they did replaced the phone . And Amount is 24600 for replacement . As per the complany they will reimburse only 60-70 % but on the site and the policy it is mentioned that it will be 85-90 % . Though when i bought the policy that time they promised to pay 100% . Kindly take the necessary steps before it gets delayed . As they have promised to reimburse the amount in first week of the august.           Recovery for lost mobile insurance money
