This is really bad. I submitted my claim on 14th october 2019. And jeeves promise me to repair it and i will get my mobile within 10 days.
Its 6th november 2019 still they don't have any answer they told me every time to wait for 48 hours.
So many times i called them but nothing happen. Their senior executive is denied to talk with me.
It's really pathetic service by jeeves.
Is that how they treat their customers...

Hi Team, I got my phone insured from the company for Physical damage and Theft. I have I phone6 and its screen was damaged and as Apple care do not repair handsets they did replaced the phone . And Amount is 24600 for replacement . As per the complany they will reimburse only 60-70 % but on the site and the policy it is mentioned that it will be 85-90 % . Though when i bought the policy that time they promised to pay 100% . Kindly...
