I have ordered parts for my Renault DUSTER car with "cartrends.in" website online on July 13th 2023. They have provided my order number #12380 and said it will be dispatched on July 19th 2023, but did not delivered any product to me after taking the amount from me. Contacted the seller to cancel the order they cancelled my order. I asked to issue my refund money of Rs.2312 and they didn't respond to my calls and emails and not returned the refund back. I think this is huge cyber crime and big fraud company cheating people online and scamming lots of money. Please take action against this fraud seller. This Fraud company even has working GST number and IVR Customer Care System. Take action against such cheating company and help me in getting my refund back. Thank You!
