I had purchased an Automotive part from Car trends Autoparts pvt. Ltd. Before placing the order online for the required part, I had requested clarification from the company through whats app number porvided online. The whats app number is [protected]. The person handling this whats app mentioned that the item was suitable for the Ritz model 2010 version. Hover, when the item was received it was not suitable for the said model.
I got in touch with the person on whats app again and he advised to return the item and the amount would be refunded.
I had returened the item through courrier and the item was received by the company on 09 sept 2020. The details of message from courrier company is as follows:

I sent a mail to mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
which was mentioned on the website and also sent message to the whats app number [protected].
There was no reply to the mail. The person on the whats app kept giving weird reply always. at times he would say it will take time. at times he would say the item is not rceived, at times he would say please send your bank accounts we will refund your money. It has been a month now since the company received the item back on 09 Sept 2021.
The company is not giving any concrete reply for refund on whats app or replying to my mails.
