I ordered it on 3 feb there promise time is 8 feb. They said your item price is changed on 5feb and i sent 623 amount to phonepe. And there is no response from their side and well costomer support is unavailable . need to file a consumer suit case on this company according to the consumer law . and still now is not yet received . not even a message regarding about the part

these people are unfit to deliver my products. by error i have placed the order to cartrends. Big Fraud company they're running through website.

I placed order for 4 parts on 2/8/2023 after confirming with the customer support that the parts are in stock . The customer support person promised they will ship the item next day. But 22 days has passed and the items are still not delivered and there is no response from the customer support. Also they shared a courier tracking number which the courier company confirmed to be fake....

I ordered a Chevrolet sail gear lever and paid Rs 3489 on 26th July 2023, Order ID 12533. it's been more than 20 days since I have not received any product. customer care is not answering calls and when they accidentally pick up your call they don't have the answer to your order status. I was given a fake courier tracking number when you track that order it says pickup pending (same status from last 16 days). their emails are also bouncing.
Kindly take action against such a cheating company and help me in getting my refund back. Thank You
