Carz Hyderabad — Pathetic and irresponsible service personals

Few weeks back i have given my car renault pulse for the service (Denting/painting/suspensions/engine checkup) at carz gachibowli workshop. After frequent visits and call, they started the service after 4 days. For every small issue they replaced the part and got a bill of 42000 inr which is way more then what renault service center charges. Got the delivery after 2 weeks that to after frequent followups and visits to get the service done. Since the delivery date am waiting for invoice. I have been consistently visiting the workshop all the time i get the answer that because of no internet they are not able to generate the invoice. Contact person are prateek/pal their response and customer service is pathetic.

Now, this is getting really frustrating.
